Terms conditions

1.The contract parties

The contractual relationship between the visiting participants (“costumer”) and provider of accommodation Hostel Marabou Prague - Dvořák Roller spol. s r. o. (“landlord”) are governed by the Civil code and Commercial code statutes , adapted for the following comprehensive conditions. The landlord reserves the right to specify in its sales materials other conditions and information, which will take precedence over these conditions.
2. Prices and their changes

Approximate prices for accommodation and any other services provided for the Czech citizens are published in the presentation materials of the landlord (webpages, leaflets, etc.).
The costumer however, is bound only by a confirmed price stated on a reservation slip or in an e-mail offer (“the voucher”).

3. Services, changes in agreed services and prices

The range of services and prices contracted is bound by the listing in the voucher.
Any information given in presentation materials is for guidance only and has no bearing on the content of the contract agreed between customer and the landlord.
The landlord is entitled to change the agreed parameters of his services in circumstances beyond his control (such as “act of God”).
The landlord is obligated to inform the customer of any such changes without delay, by the latest in 7 days before the commencement of the agreed services.
Should he not agree to such changes, the costumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract.
Herewith the costumer shall receive back the whole sum of money already rendered.
The costumer is not by default entitled to any other rights of compensation.

4. Costumer cancelled the reservation, changes of the reservation, alternative guests
The customer has the right to cancel the contract with the hotel any time before arriving. The cancellation should be in writing (electronic form with conformation is acceptable).
The time of cancellation is determined by the date and time when letter of cancellation was received (this is determined by the email confirmation).

The cancellation fee is counted for each person:

4 or more days before the first service
price for first night

72 to 24 hours before the first service
50% of the price of the ordered services or the price for the first night (whatever is the highest)

In the case of “no show”
or in the case of cancellation on the day of arrival
100% of the price of the ordered services

In the case of larger groups (over 10 people) an individual cancellation can be discussed.

The provider of accommodation (“the landlord”) will not charge the cancellation fee in the following circumstances: family bereavement, hospitalization of the costumer or a family member, serious illness, military call up, disaster.
For the previous reasons the costumer has to provide proof within 3 days of the event.
If the costumer cancels the reservation for the previous reasons the provider of accommodation (“the landlord”) will count only 10% of the ordered services and real expenses incurred.
The calculated client refund should by returned to the client within 30 days of the cancellation.

5. In the case of the cancellation by the provider of accommodation (“the landlord”)

The provider of accommodation (“the landlord”) has the right to cancel the reservation in the case when the reservation is in difficulties or threats, or in the case of unexpected circumstances.
The provider of accommodation (“the landlord”) is obliged to inform the costumer about the reservation cancellation without any delay, not later than 7 day before the first service is due. In this case the costumer will receive a full refund without delay.
The costumer has no more rights to a refund

6. Complaint

The costumer should inform the hotel about any complaints without delay.
In the case of a complaint the costumer should assert his rights without delay during his stay, to help resolve the problems. If the costumer does not assert his rights without delay, his rights to refund or later damages will be limited, which would not happen if he had reported the problem without delay.

7. Validity

This “General conditions” are valid for the costumers in:

They are valid from 1.10.2008 and come into operation by the costumer signature or by the costumer sending an electronic reservation request.

 

Condicions i informació sobre la privacitat

Hostelsclub, conforme amb l'article 29 de la llei 196/2003, declara:

a) Les dades recollides en aquest formulari es concluiran una vegada relizats els serveis de la reserva objecte de la pàgina present, i seràn tractats amb mitjans informatics atomatitzats.

b)L'incorporació de les dates personals son obligatòries si vol gaudir del servei de resreves.

d)Si no s’omplen tots els espais amb les dades eprsonals s’impedeix l'accés als serveis de reserves.

d)Les dades recollides vindràn transmeses a persones o societats encaregades de resoldre els serveis relatius amb la reserva, i vindrà transmès exclusivament a terceres amb la finalitat de poder realitzar el servei de reseves.

e) Els drets del client estàn garantits conforme amb l'article 7 de la le 196/2003.

Termes i condicions

1)Hostelsclub.com no posseïx cap dels establiments que apareixen en la llista de la pàgina web, proporcionem un motor de reservacions per a facilitar les reserves confirmades, és l'establiment el que té la responsabilitat de proveir a l'usuari la comoditat segons la disponibilitat que ofereix.

2) Hostelsclub.com s’esforça per proporcionar allotjaments acceptables i amb una correcta descripció, no obstant no som responsables de l’estàndard del establiment.

3) Fem tot l'esforç per a assegurar que l'establiment tracta als usuaris que reserven correctament.

4) Les valoracions visibles en la nostra pàgina estàn escrites pels usuaris, són les opinions d’aquells usuaris que s'han allotjat en els presents establiments.

5) Totes les cancel•lacions s'han de realitzar 24 hores abans de la data d'arribada tret que siguin indicades d'altra manera per l'establiment. Les cancel•lacions s'han de fer pels usuaris en l'àrea My club o directament amb l'establiment, Hostelsclub.com no pot cancel•lar una reserva confirmada.
En cas d'un no-show, l'establiment té dret a carregar la primera nit de totes les nits que s’han reservat tret que sigui indicat d'altra manera per l'establiment.

6) Quan es faci una reserva l'usuari pagarà immediatament un dipòsito del 10% del preu total de la reserva (no reembolsable) i 2 euros de booking fee. La resta, inclòs els serveis addicionals, es pagarà al arribar a l'establiment sempre adaptan-se a la politica que tinguin.

7) Hostelsclub.com confirmarà la reserva i remetrà els detalls de la reserva a l'establiment i a l'usuari. És la responsabilitat dels usuaris portar una còpia de la reserva a l'establiment per a poder fer el check-in.

8) Els dipòsits no són reembolsables. Hostelsclub.com és responsable del dipòsit davant l'usuari solament en el cas de que hi hagi una complicació o conflicte.

9) Hostelsclub.com fa tot el possible perquè hi hagi seguretat en totes les transaccions que es facin amb la targeta de crèdit. No obstant, si apareix algun cobrament desautoritzat en la facturació de la targeta de crèdit pel fet d’usar-ho amb Hostelsclub.com, en qualsevol moment durant o després de que faci la reserva, Hostelsclub.com no es fa responsable de cap pèrdua o dany sofert.

10) La conversió del preu en altra moneda diferent de l'euro (EUR) es fan normalment amb les tarifes d’ inter-bank, actualitzades i recollides de fonts reputables, però no és garantit que sigui exacte. La companyia de la seva targeta de crèdit pot carregar-li una quantitat lleument diversa per a les compres fetes amb l'euro (EUR) què especifiquem en la nostra pàgina, depenent del contracte de la seva targeta de crèdit.
