CANCELLATION POLICY

***Special Events Booking
**Please note that for special events (Fallas, Tomatina and other events), we require a mínimum of nights and special conditions of payments and terms of cancellation.

Guests must present a valid passport (Non-European citizens) or ID card (European citizens) at the check-in.
We are not allowed to check-in any guest without valid document - driving licence of the United States, library cards, student cards are not valid documents.

Any illegal actions will be reported to the Spanish authorities.

You may cancel your reservation without incurring in any penalty by giving at least 24hrs notice prior to the check in time (2 pm) of the date of arrival, in this case your deposit will be refunded through the same channel you processed the payment with. In case of giving shorter notice the deposit of the first night of your accommodation will be retained with no exceptions. Changes to the date or length of your reservations are also subject to a 24hrs notice prior the check in time of the date of arrival. Further changes, once you are already checked in, are also subject to the same 24hrs notice policy prior to the 2 pm check in time.

GROUP BOOKINGS: For bookings of more than 8 people, the hostel could apply special terms and conditions.

The hostel will charge the whole amount before the arrival through a link. The hostel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards.

Group Booking Terms & Conditions

From 9 people the reservation is considered a group reservation.

DEPOSIT
50% the amount of contracted services to pay within 7 days after confirmation of the group.

50% of the total amount to be paid 15 days before the arrival of the group.

BAIL

The customer must pay the sum of 10€ per person security deposit. This deposit shall be paid on the arrival of the group.

This guarantee includes the collection of keys and towels for the group, in the event of loss of towels or keys discount of 5€ for each loss.

Upon departure, if no damage has been done, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded.

In case of any damage caused, there shall be an assessment by the hostel management, and the amount corresponding to the damage will be retained from the deposit.

In case of any complaints received about the behaviour of the group on behalf other guests of the hostel, the corresponding amount of the deposit will be retained as compensation to the guests.

TOTAL CANCELLATION POLICY


· If the booking is cancelled totally 15 days or less before check-in date, 50% of the total amount will be charged.


PARTIAL CANCELLATION POLICY


· Between 9 and 3 days, a reduction of 15% in the total number of room nights will be allowed without with no charge. If the reduction is more than 15%, 50% of the exceeded reservations will be charged.

· 3 days before the arrival date, in case of reduction, the total of room nights reduced will be charged

No-Shows

In case of a no show, the hostel is authorized to charge the total amount of the reservation.

 

Allmäna villkor

1) Hostelsclub.com varken äger eller driver inrättningarna på vår websida, vi erbjuder en bokningstjänst för att bekräfta säkra bokningar, det är dock upp till inrättningen att tillförse användaren med den logi som de har uppgett tillgänglig.

2) Hostelsclub.com stärvar efter att tillhandahålla godkänd standard och korrekta beskrivningar av inrättningen, vi kan dock inte stå till svars för standarden på inrättningen.

3) Vi satsar på att försäkra oss om att inrättningen fullföljer användarens bokning korrekt.

4) Omdömena som finns tillgängliga på websidan är skrivna av tidigare användare och representerar deras åsikt om inrättningen.

5) Alla avbokninar måste ske 24 timmar före ankomstdatumet om inte inrättningen har uppget något annat. Avbokningar måste göras via account eller direkt med inrättningen, Hostelsclub.com kan inte avboka en av användaren bekräftad bokning. Om användaren uteblir utan att ha avbeställt rummet (NO-show) har inrättningen rätt till att ta betalt för de första nätterna om inte annat uppgetts av inrättningen.

6) Vid bokning måste användaren omedlbart betala en non-refundable depostition på 10% av det totala priset och ytterligare 2 euro i bokningsavgift. Resterande saldo betalas vid ankomst i den valuta som inrättningen föredrar.

7) Hostelsclub.com förmedlar bokningsbekräftelsen och detaljerna om bokningen till inrättningen och användaren. Det är användarens ansvar att ta med en kopia av bokningen till inrättningen för incheckning.

8) Depositionen går inte att få tillbaka. Hostelsclub.se bär bara ansvaret för användarens depostion vid eventuella komplikationer eller dispyter.

9) Hostelsclub.com kan göra alla rimliga aktioner för att försäkra om att alla kreditkortstransaktioner är säkra. Skulle dock otillåtliga avdrag gjorts på ditt kreditkort vid användande på Hostelsclub.com är inte Hostelsclub.com på något sätt ansvariga för eventuella förluster eller skador.

10) Prisomvandligar i andra valutor än Euro (EUR) görs vi en ofta uppdataterad internet-bank vars kurser är hämtade från anseende källor men är inte garanterande att vara exakta. Din bank kan eventuellt göra avdrag som skiljer sig märkvärt från den summa i Euro (EUR) som vi tillhandahöll på websidan, beroende på ditt avtal med banken.

Behandling av personuppgifter

I enlighet med den italienska lagen om personuppgifter, paragraf 29 i dekret 196, utfärdat den 30 Juni 2003, deklarerar Hostelsclub följande:
a) De uppgifter som samlas in i detta formulär syftar till att aktivera reservationstjänsterna och kommer att behandlas elektroniskt.

b) För att kunna aktivera reservationstjänsterna är det obligatoriskt för användaren att uppge sina personuppgifter.

c) Användare som underlåter att uppge sina personuppgifter kommer att vägras åtkomst till reservationstjänsterna.

d) Insamlade uppgifter kommer att överföras till ansvarig personal för att utföra tjänster kopplade till reservationstjänsten samt överföras till andra som enbart genomför reservationstjänsten.

e) Användaren är skyddad av paragraf 7 i dekret 196/2003 i den italienska lagen.
