CANCELLATION POLICY

***Special Events Booking
**Please note that for special events (Fallas, Tomatina and other events), we require a mínimum of nights and special conditions of payments and terms of cancellation.

Guests must present a valid passport (Non-European citizens) or ID card (European citizens) at the check-in.
We are not allowed to check-in any guest without valid document - driving licence of the United States, library cards, student cards are not valid documents.

Any illegal actions will be reported to the Spanish authorities.

You may cancel your reservation without incurring in any penalty by giving at least 24hrs notice prior to the check in time (2 pm) of the date of arrival, in this case your deposit will be refunded through the same channel you processed the payment with. In case of giving shorter notice the deposit of the first night of your accommodation will be retained with no exceptions. Changes to the date or length of your reservations are also subject to a 24hrs notice prior the check in time of the date of arrival. Further changes, once you are already checked in, are also subject to the same 24hrs notice policy prior to the 2 pm check in time.

GROUP BOOKINGS: For bookings of more than 8 people, the hostel could apply special terms and conditions.

The hostel will charge the whole amount before the arrival through a link. The hostel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards.

团体预定和条款

接受至少9人起的团体预订


押金:

确定团体预订后的7天内，付所需房费的50%作为押金。

剩余的50%团体到店入住付清。


保证金
顾客需要付每人10欧元的保证金，这笔钱是团体客人到店的时候支付。

保证金包含为团体提供的钥匙和毛巾，在这样的情况下，每丢失和损坏一把钥匙和一条毛巾会收取5欧元。

如果在没有任何东西损坏的情况下，我们会退换全额保证金。

如果出现物品损坏的情况，由旅舍评估损坏程度和赔偿金额，相应的赔偿金额会从保证金中扣除。

如果我们收到来自其他客人因团体旅客行为不当造成的投诉，我们会从保证金中将相应的金额作为赔偿金支付给客人。


取消所有预订情况政策

如果15天之内或晚于入住日期取消所有预订的话，我们会收取所需房费的50%。


不完全取消预订情况政策

3-9天内，如果减少之前预订房间天数的15%，我们是不会收取费用的。如果减少的数量超过之前预订房间总天数的15%，我们会收取取消预订中的50%。

入住日期前三天需要减少预订数额，我们会收取所有相应减少的房费。


没有出现的情况：

如果出现团体客人没有出现的情况，旅舍有权收取之前所有的预订费用。

 

条款和条件

1) Hostelsclub.com 对网站上所列旅馆并没有所有权或经营权，仅仅提供客房预定引擎以方便确认客房预定；为客人根据空房情况提供住宿是旅馆方的责任。

2) Hostelsclub.com 尽力提供旅馆住宿可接受标准和准确描述，但不对该旅馆自身设置标准负有任何责任。

3) 本网站一切努力旨在确保旅馆正确处理客人预定。

4) 网站所显示旅客评分完全由曾入住的客人做出，代表其自身观点。

5)若没有其他规定，所有预定取消应在到达日期前24小时进行。取消预定必须由用户自己通过“我的俱乐部”或直接与旅馆联系取消，Hostelsclub.com无法取消任何用户的客房预定。
如果客人预定後未入住，无其他明示的情况下，旅馆方有权收取客人前几晚的住宿费用。

6) 预定时用户应即刻支付总价10%的不可归还性定金和2欧元的预定费。包括额外服务/费用的余款在客人到达旅馆时按旅馆指定货币支付。

7) Hostelsclub.com 将处理预定确认表并将预定详情转交旅馆和用户。用户有责任入住旅馆时带上预定单。

8) 定金不可归还。Hostelsclub.com只可能在不可修复的困难情况或纷争下对定金做出解释。

9) Hostelsclub.com绝尽全力确保所有信用卡交易安全。然而，如果在您预定时或预定后您的信用卡报表上出现了未经您授权的款项支付，Hostelsclub.com不对因其引起的任何损伤或损失负任何责任。

10) 除欧元以外的客房价格转换采用来自可信来源的最新银行汇率，但不能确保完全准确。使用欧元(EUR)付款时，您的信用卡公司收取金额可能与我们网站公布的金额稍有不同，这取决於您的信用卡合同。

 

隐私权声明

根据义大利法律196/2003第29条，Hostelsclub郑重声明如下：
a) 本表格所收集资讯将被整理，最终用於启动客房预订服务，所有资讯将以电子形式处理。

b) 个人资讯必须提交以便为用户启动预订服务。

c) 拒绝提供个人资讯将无法享用客房预订服务。

d) 所收集资讯将发送给相关个人以使用与客房预订服务相关的服务，并只发给能负责实施预定服务的他人。

e) 用户受义大利法律196/2003条保护。
