CANCELLATION POLICY

***Special Events Booking
**Please note that for special events (Fallas, Tomatina and other events), we require a mínimum of nights and special conditions of payments and terms of cancellation.

Guests must present a valid passport (Non-European citizens) or ID card (European citizens) at the check-in.
We are not allowed to check-in any guest without valid document - driving licence of the United States, library cards, student cards are not valid documents.

Any illegal actions will be reported to the Spanish authorities.

You may cancel your reservation without incurring in any penalty by giving at least 24hrs notice prior to the check in time (2 pm) of the date of arrival, in this case your deposit will be refunded through the same channel you processed the payment with. In case of giving shorter notice the deposit of the first night of your accommodation will be retained with no exceptions. Changes to the date or length of your reservations are also subject to a 24hrs notice prior the check in time of the date of arrival. Further changes, once you are already checked in, are also subject to the same 24hrs notice policy prior to the 2 pm check in time.

GROUP BOOKINGS: For bookings of more than 8 people, the hostel could apply special terms and conditions.

The hostel will charge the whole amount before the arrival through a link. The hostel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards.

Group Booking Terms & Conditions

From 9 people the reservation is considered a group reservation.

DEPOSIT
50% the amount of contracted services to pay within 7 days after confirmation of the group.

50% of the total amount to be paid 15 days before the arrival of the group.

BAIL

The customer must pay the sum of 10€ per person security deposit. This deposit shall be paid on the arrival of the group.

This guarantee includes the collection of keys and towels for the group, in the event of loss of towels or keys discount of 5€ for each loss.

Upon departure, if no damage has been done, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded.

In case of any damage caused, there shall be an assessment by the hostel management, and the amount corresponding to the damage will be retained from the deposit.

In case of any complaints received about the behaviour of the group on behalf other guests of the hostel, the corresponding amount of the deposit will be retained as compensation to the guests.

TOTAL CANCELLATION POLICY


· If the booking is cancelled totally 15 days or less before check-in date, 50% of the total amount will be charged.


PARTIAL CANCELLATION POLICY


· Between 9 and 3 days, a reduction of 15% in the total number of room nights will be allowed without with no charge. If the reduction is more than 15%, 50% of the exceeded reservations will be charged.

· 3 days before the arrival date, in case of reduction, the total of room nights reduced will be charged

No-Shows

In case of a no show, the hostel is authorized to charge the total amount of the reservation.

1) हॉस्टल्सक्लब.काम हमारी साइट में सूचीबद्ध किसी भी संस्थापना का स्वामी नहीं है या इसको चलाता नहीं है, हम पक्के आरक्षणों के लिए एक बुकिंग इंजन प्रदान करते हैं, संस्थापना का यह दायित्व है कि वह उपयोगकर्ता को उपलब्धता के अनुसार वह आवास प्रदान करे जो उन्होंने दिया है।

2) हॉस्टल्सक्लब.काम स्वीकार्य मानक और आवास का ठीक विवरण प्रदान करने का प्रयास करता है लेकिन हम संस्थापना के स्तर के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं।

3) इस बात को सुनिश्चित करने का हर सम्भव प्रयास किया जाता है कि संस्थापना उपयोगकर्ता की बुकिंग पर ठीक ढंग से कार्रवाई करे।

4) साइट पर दिखाई देने वाले दर्ज़े उपयोगकर्ताओं द्वारा लिखे गए हैं और ये उन उपयोगकर्ताओं की राय हैं जो संस्थापनाओं में ठहरे हैं।

5) सभी रद्दीकरण तब तक आगमन तारीख से 24 घंटे पहले किए जाने चाहिए जब तक संस्थापना द्वारा अन्यथा न कहा गया हो। रद्दीकरण उपयोगकर्ता के 'मेरा क्लब' खाते के माध्यम के किए जाने चाहिए या इन्हें संस्थापना के यहां प्रत्यक्ष रूप से करना चाहिए, हॉस्टल्सक्लब.काम उपयोगकर्ता की पक्की बुकिंग को रद्द नहीं कर सकता।.
निर्धारित दिन न आने की स्थिति में संस्थापना के पास तब तक पहली रात के आवास का प्रभार लेने का अधिकार है, जब तक संस्थापना द्वारा अन्यथा न कहा गया हो।

6) आरक्षण करवाते समय उपयोगकर्ता बुकिंग के कुल मूल्य की 10% वापस न किए जाने वाले जमा धन और 2 यूरो बुकिंग शुल्क का तुरन्त भुगतान करेंगे। अतिरिक्त सेवाओं/शुल्कों सहित शेष संस्थापना को संस्थापना की वांछित मुद्रा में आगमन पर देय है।

7) हॉस्टल्सक्लब.काम बुकिंग पुष्टि फार्म पर कार्रवाई करेगा और बुकिंग का ब्योरा स्थापना और उपयोगकर्ता को भेजगा। यह उपयोगकर्ता का उत्तरदायित्व है कि वह प्रवेश करते समय संस्थापना को बुकिंग की प्रति दे।

8) जमा धन वापस नहीं किया जाएगा। हॉस्टल्सक्लब.काम किसी जटिलता या विवाद की असम्भावित स्थिति में ही उपयोगकर्ता को जमा धन के लिए जिम्मेदार है।

9) हॉस्टल्सक्लब.काम यह सुनिश्चत करने के लिए हर उचित प्रयास करता है कि सभी क्रेडिट कार्ड लेन-देन सुरक्षित हों। लेकिन यदि आरक्षण करवाने के दौरान या बाद में किसी भी समय हॉस्टल्सक्लब.काम में उपयोग किए गए कार्ड के लिए आपके कार्ड पर अनधिकृत प्रभार प्रतीत होते हैं, तो हॉस्टल्सक्लब.काम उठाई गई किसी हानि या क्षति के लिए किसी भी रूप में उत्तरदायी या जिम्मेदार नहीं है।

10) यूरो (EUR) के अलावा अन्य मुद्राओं में मूल्य परिवर्तन ख्याति प्राप्त स्रोतों से एकत्र की गई बार-बार अद्यतन की गई अंतर-बैंक दरों का उपयोग करते हुए किए जाते हैं पर इनके सही होने की गारंटी नहीं है। आपकी क्रडिट कार्ड कम्पनी आपके क्रडिट कार्ड के अनुबंध के आधार पर यूरो (EUR) में की गई खरीदों पर उस धनराशि से थोड़ी अलग धनराशि ले सकती है, जो हमने साइट पर बताई हुई है।

 

गोपनीयता विवरण

हॉस्टल्सक्लब.काम इटली कानून 765/96 की धारा संख्या 10 के अनुरूप यह घोषणा करता हैः
क) इस फार्म के साथ एकत्र की गई सूचना को आरक्षण सेवाओं को सक्रिय करने के लिए अन्तिम रूप दिया जाता है और इन पर इलेक्ट्रानिक रूप से कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

ख) उपयोगकर्ता के लिए आरक्षण सेवाओं को सक्रिय करने के लिए निजी जानकारी भेजना अनिवार्य है।

ग) निजी सूचना भेजना अस्वीकार करने से आरक्षण सेवाएं प्राप्त नहीं की जा सकतीं।

घ) एकत्र की गई सूचना आरक्षण सेवा से जुड़ी सेवाओं का उपयोग करने के लिए प्रभारी व्यक्तियों को हस्तान्तरित कर दी जाएगी और अन्यों को विशेष रूप से आरक्षण सेवा प्रदान करने के लिए हस्तान्तरित कर दी जाएगी।

ड़) उपयोगकर्ता को इटली के कानून 196/2003 की धारा संख्या 7 द्वारा गारंटी प्राप्त है।.
