CANCELLATION POLICY

***Special Events Booking
**Please note that for special events (Fallas, Tomatina and other events), we require a mínimum of nights and special conditions of payments and terms of cancellation.

Guests must present a valid passport (Non-European citizens) or ID card (European citizens) at the check-in.
We are not allowed to check-in any guest without valid document - driving licence of the United States, library cards, student cards are not valid documents.

Any illegal actions will be reported to the Spanish authorities.

You may cancel your reservation without incurring in any penalty by giving at least 24hrs notice prior to the check in time (2 pm) of the date of arrival, in this case your deposit will be refunded through the same channel you processed the payment with. In case of giving shorter notice the deposit of the first night of your accommodation will be retained with no exceptions. Changes to the date or length of your reservations are also subject to a 24hrs notice prior the check in time of the date of arrival. Further changes, once you are already checked in, are also subject to the same 24hrs notice policy prior to the 2 pm check in time.

GROUP BOOKINGS: For bookings of more than 8 people, the hostel could apply special terms and conditions.

The hostel will charge the whole amount before the arrival through a link. The hostel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards.

Group Booking Terms & Conditions

From 9 people the reservation is considered a group reservation.

DEPOSIT
50% the amount of contracted services to pay within 7 days after confirmation of the group.

50% of the total amount to be paid 15 days before the arrival of the group.

BAIL

The customer must pay the sum of 10€ per person security deposit. This deposit shall be paid on the arrival of the group.

This guarantee includes the collection of keys and towels for the group, in the event of loss of towels or keys discount of 5€ for each loss.

Upon departure, if no damage has been done, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded.

In case of any damage caused, there shall be an assessment by the hostel management, and the amount corresponding to the damage will be retained from the deposit.

In case of any complaints received about the behaviour of the group on behalf other guests of the hostel, the corresponding amount of the deposit will be retained as compensation to the guests.

TOTAL CANCELLATION POLICY


· If the booking is cancelled totally 15 days or less before check-in date, 50% of the total amount will be charged.


PARTIAL CANCELLATION POLICY


· Between 9 and 3 days, a reduction of 15% in the total number of room nights will be allowed without with no charge. If the reduction is more than 15%, 50% of the exceeded reservations will be charged.

· 3 days before the arrival date, in case of reduction, the total of room nights reduced will be charged

No-Shows

In case of a no show, the hostel is authorized to charge the total amount of the reservation.

 

Algemene Voorwaarden

1) Hostelsclub.com is geen eigenaar dan wel manager van de locaties aangegeven op deze lijst, we verschaffen een boekingsmotor om bevestigde reserveringen te vergemakkelijken, het is de verantwoordelijkheid van de locatie om de gebruiker de accommodatie te verschaffen als aangegeven bij de door hen geleverde beschikbaarheid.

2) Hostelsclub.com streeft ernaar om acceptabele accommodatie normen en juiste omschrijvingen van de accommodatie te bieden, we zijn echter niet verantwoordelijk voor de normen van de locatie.

3) Alles wordt in het werk gesteld om te verzekeren dat de locatie de boeking van gebruikers correct verwerkt.

4) Klanttevredenheid waarderingen op deze site zijn door gebruikers geschreven en vormen de mening van de gebruikers die gebruik hebben gemaakt van de locaties.

5) Alle annuleringen dienen 24 uur voor de aankomstdatum uitgevoerd te worden tenzij een locatie anders vermeldt. Annuleringen dienen via de gebruikersaccount bij door te worden gevoerd dan wel rechtstreeks bij de locatie, Hostelsclub.com kan geen bevestigde boeking van een gebruiker annuleren.
In geval u niet komt opdagen heeft de locatie het recht om de eerste nacht van de accomomodatie in rekening te brengen tenzij de locatie anders vermeldt.

6) Wanneer er een boeking gedaan wordt zal de gebruiker direct een niet terugbetaalbaar voorschot van 10% van de totaalprijs van de boeking en 2 euro boekingskosten voldoen. Het saldo inclusief extra diensten/kosten dient bij aankomst aan de locatie te worden voldaan in de valuta aangegeven door de locatie.

7) Hostelsclub.com zal de boekingsbevestigingen verwerken en de details van de boeking aan de locatie en de gebruiker toezenden. Het valt onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de gebruiker om een kopie van de boeking mee te nemen voor de check-in bij de locatie.

8) Voorschotten worden niet terugbetaald. Hostelsclub.com is slechts aansprakelijk voor het voorschot ten opzichte van de gebruiker in geval van een onvoorzienbare omstandigheid dan wel in geval van een dispuut.

9) Hostelsclub.com zal alles in het werk stellen om ervoor te zorgen dat credit card transacties veilig uitgevoerd worden. Echter, in geval er ongeautoriseerde afschrijvingen op de afschrijving van uw credit card verschijnen nadat de kaart bij Hostelsclub.com gebruikt is tijdens dan wel nadat een reservering is gedaan, zal Hostelsclub.com aansprakelijk noch verantwoordelijk zijn voor schade dan wel verlies daaruit volgend.

10) Prijs omrekeningen in valuta anders dan Euros (EUR) worden gedaan op basis van veelvuldig aangepaste interbank tarieven, verzameld uit betrouwbare bronnen, maar er wordt geen nauwkeurigheid gegarandeerd. Het kan zijn dat uw Credit Card Bedrijf een enigszins verschillend bedrag in rekening brengt voor aankopen gedaan in Euros (EUR) dan wat wij op de site aangeven, afhankelijk van de overeenkomst van uw Credit Card. p>

 

Persoonsgegevens Verklaring

Hostelsclub, in overeenstemming met artikel n.29 van de Italiaanse Wet 196/2003, verklaart:
a) De informatie verzameld door middel van dit formulier wordt gebruikt om de reserveringsdiensten te activeren en zal elektronisch worden verwerkt.

b) Het invoeren van persoonlijke informatie is verplicht om de reserveringsdiensten voor de gebruiker te activeren.

c) Het weigeren van het invoeren van persoonlijke informatie leidt tot weigering van toegang tot de reserveringsdiensten.

d) De verzamelde informatie zal aan personen worden gezonden die de diensten gerelateerd aan de reserveringsdiensten uitvoeren en zullen uitsluitend aan anderen worden verzonden om de reserveringsdiensten uit te voeren.

e) De gebruiker wordt door artikel n.7 van de Italiaanse Wet 196/2003 beschermd.

f) Verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van de verzamelde informatie is
