团体预定和条款
Cancellation Policy
We require a 50% deposit to confirm and guarantee any reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at the check-in time.
Any cancellations with less than 72-hours notice prior to the check-in time will not receive deposit refunds.
Any request for a cancellation or modification must be submitted in writing. The same rules apply for both cancellations and modifications.
Any no-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation total after 24-hours from the check-in time if no notification is received by El Misti Hostels.
We recommend that all guests purchase traveler’s insurance to protect themselves from any unforeseen circumstances. In the case that you need to make an insurance claim, El Misti Hostels will help you in any way possible including providing documentation, etc.
*Cancellations for groups of 6 or more people must be made with at least a full 2 (two) week’s notice. In this case, the group may collect 100% of their deposit paid to El Misti (not including deposits made through 3rd party sites). Any cancellations made with insufficient notice will not have any portion of the deposit refunded.
*Cancellations for the New Years Package can only be made before Nov. 30 and are 100% refundable (not including deposits made through 3rd party sites). Any cancellations made after that date will not have deposits refunded.
*Cancellations for the Carnaval Package can only be made up until Dec. 31, 100% reimbursable. Any cancellations made after that date will not have deposits refunded.
*Cancellations for the Soccer World Cup 2014 (from June 10th until July 15th) can only be made before March 31st and are 100% refundable (not including deposits made through 3rd party sites). Any cancellations made after that date will not have deposits refunded.
条款和条件
1) Hostelsclub.com 对网站上所列旅馆并没有所有权或经营权,仅仅提供客房预定引擎以方便确认客房预定;为客人根据空房情况提供住宿是旅馆方的责任。
2) Hostelsclub.com 尽力提供旅馆住宿可接受标准和准确描述,但不对该旅馆自身设置标准负有任何责任。
3) 本网站一切努力旨在确保旅馆正确处理客人预定。
4) 网站所显示旅客评分完全由曾入住的客人做出,代表其自身观点。
5)若没有其他规定,所有预定取消应在到达日期前24小时进行。取消预定必须由用户自己通过“我的俱乐部”或直接与旅馆联系取消,Hostelsclub.com无法取消任何用户的客房预定。
如果客人预定後未入住,无其他明示的情况下,旅馆方有权收取客人前几晚的住宿费用。
6) 预定时用户应即刻支付总价10%的不可归还性定金和2欧元的预定费。包括额外服务/费用的余款在客人到达旅馆时按旅馆指定货币支付。
7) Hostelsclub.com 将处理预定确认表并将预定详情转交旅馆和用户。用户有责任入住旅馆时带上预定单。
8) 定金不可归还。Hostelsclub.com只可能在不可修复的困难情况或纷争下对定金做出解释。
9) Hostelsclub.com绝尽全力确保所有信用卡交易安全。然而,如果在您预定时或预定后您的信用卡报表上出现了未经您授权的款项支付,Hostelsclub.com不对因其引起的任何损伤或损失负任何责任。
10) 除欧元以外的客房价格转换采用来自可信来源的最新银行汇率,但不能确保完全准确。使用欧元(EUR)付款时,您的信用卡公司收取金额可能与我们网站公布的金额稍有不同,这取决於您的信用卡合同。
隐私权声明
根据义大利法律196/2003第29条,Hostelsclub郑重声明如下:
a) 本表格所收集资讯将被整理,最终用於启动客房预订服务,所有资讯将以电子形式处理。
b) 个人资讯必须提交以便为用户启动预订服务。
c) 拒绝提供个人资讯将无法享用客房预订服务。
d) 所收集资讯将发送给相关个人以使用与客房预订服务相关的服务,并只发给能负责实施预定服务的他人。
e) 用户受义大利法律196/2003条保护。
