Andre afgifter: When you check-in we will give you the key for the room and for the floor corridor. Linen is always included for the first time you check-in, and we can change once every six days. While linen is included in the price, towels are to be rented for the price of € 2,00 per piece. You can bring your own if you prefer, but please note that is not our responsibility if you lose them. We will require a deposit of € 10,00 which will be not refunded in any case if the key or bed linen will not be returned at check-out..

The hostel charges the 50% of balance if canceled less than 3 days before the arrival date.

- AGE RESTRICTIONS
If by the date you check-in you are under 18 years old, and in any case below 16 years old, we will accept your booking only if you will bring a signed Authorization of one of your parents or a person who acts in their stand. In some circumstances we will have to call the police to ask authorization before letting you stay with us. Guests who wish to bring their children under 10 years old must book a private room.

- ROOM ALLOCATION
If you are travelling with family or friends, we will do our best to allocate you in the same room. However, please note that this is not always possible, and even if you make the same reservation, booking a bed in a shared dormitory, does not guarantee to stay in the same room. If you want to stay in the same room, we always suggest booking a private room that will feet you need.

- PAYMENT
We accept credit, debit and prepaid cards issued world-wide by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, American Express and mobile wallets including Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay and Alipay with QR codes. Crypto currencies are not accepted. We also accept cash, but only in € (Euro) currency. For any reason we can accept cash payments above the limit of € 999,99 due to Italian law restrictions. If you prefer to pay cash, please bring the precise amount, as in the absence of change we will not be able to accept the payment. If you want to pay before your arrival, you can contact us by email at indicating your Full Name and reservation number. We will send you a link where you can safely pay by payment card, SOFORT-Klarna, PayPal. In case you prefer paying by wire-transfer you should inform us at least 4 working days before your check-in, as we need to collect the amount before your arrival.

- CANCELLATION POLICY
We only accept cancellation or modification requests in written form.
While you can cancel the reservation in the correct time frame, Deposits are always non-refundable. If the total value of a single booking or batch of bookings belonging to the same group is greater than or equal to € 300, a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total value will be required to confirm your booking regardless of the rate type selected. If you arrive a day late without informing us, we will do our best to welcome you, but this may not be in the same room type you’ve booked or even not guaranteed at all, and it may incur extra charges.

- RECEIPTS AND INVOICE
Upon payment we will issue a fiscal document (Commercial Document) that includes your name, the number of guests, date of arrival and departure and the total amount paid. If you need a VAT Invoice that includes additional data such as the name of your Company, Address and VAT Number, you must request if at the time of your reservation. We will not be able to issue in any case a VAT Invoice after we print a Commercial Document.

- TAXES
In all our listed prices, Italian VAT (10%) is always included. As we are a Hostel located in the Metropolitan City of Naples, we are exempt from paying the Tourist City Tax. In any case, if any additional tax is required, we will inform you before the transaction.

- DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Guests will be expected to reimburse Hostel Mancini for any damage caused by inappropriate guest behavior during their stay. Bad behavior includes any kind of damage, including damages caused by excessive alcohol consumption or usage of drugs.

- GUEST BEHAVIOUR
Hostel Mancini and its personnel will not allow any racist, misogynist, transphobic, homophobic, or violent attitude. We expect you to respect other guests as well as staff, residents and property. Any guest(s) who, in the opinion of our staff, compromise the comfort, safety or security of other guests, staff or residents, will be asked to leave the hostel premises immediately and will not be refunded.

- PERSONAL PROPERTY
It is a guest’s responsibility to ensure that personal belongings are always secure. You will find personal lockers in the rooms. They will require a padlock which is not included. You can bring your own or buy one from the vending machine standing near the reception. Hostel Mancini does not accept liability for the loss, theft or damage to guests’ property, however, sustained or caused.

- NO SMOKING
Smoking is only allowed outside the balconies, but still we expect you to ask other people, standing near you, if smoke could bother them. Any guest found smoking inside the building areas, including rooms or bathrooms, will be fined € 50,00.

- NO USE OF DRUGS
Drug use is illegal and strictly forbidden by the Italian law. Any guest found using drugs within our property will be fined € 250,00 and asked to leave the premises immediately. In some cases, we will be required to call the police. A refund will not be issued.

- ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION
We will not serve alcohol and will not tolerate alcohol consumption by anyone under the age of 18. At our staff discretion, we can choose to stop serving alcohol if we realize it is time to stop. We will not allow glass bottles inside our property. This is a security measure for you and for others.

- FOOD AND BEVERAGE
You can bring your own food and beverages in the hostel, except glass bottles, but make sure you store it in our kitchen. We ask you to put a label on your food, with your name and check-our date on it. Due to strict Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (H.A.C.C.P.) EU regulations, we might ask you, or we might be obliged, in rare cases, to throw away food, as well as not labelled food. We do not allow to bring any food or beverages inside the rooms. Every time you use our kitchen equipment, you will be asked to leave it exactly as you found it, so make sure to clean after use.

- FACILITIES RULES
Kitchen is available for Guests for free and is available from 2 pm till 11 pm. Shower and Kitchen facilities are not available before check-in and after check-out. For security reasons, in any case we cannot store luggage that belongs to an unregistered person. To be registered, the person needs to reserve a bed or a room and sleep during the night.

- PETS
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in our Hostel. In some cases, we still might allow animals, such as guide-dogs. If you want to make sure, contact us via email.

- SECURITY
For security reasons we ask to not introduce glass bottles, always wear shoes while walking inside the common areas and watch out for slippery floor warnings. Hostel Mancini is exempt from any liability due to the violation of these provisions. Furthermore, the customer who does not comply with the conditions, could be criminally reported and might be liable for damages towards the Hostel and/or other customers. Our reception is open 24/7 and all common areas, including Reception, Kitchen, TV Room, Dining Room, corridors and entrances, are under 24/7 video-surveillance. Registrations will be kept for a reasonable period according to the local legislation and will be at the police disposal in case of illegal activities. We ensure the personal data protection according to the EU Regulation 2016/679 also known as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

- FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of Force Majeure (governmental action, transportation interruption, terrorist attack, pandemics, alien invasion and others) affecting your booking, Hostel Mancini might not able to refund customers and we reserve the right to receive any outstanding payment in connection to your confirmed booking. The Customer’s rights as a consumer under consumer protection legislation from time to time in force shall not be affected by this Conditions.

Group Booking Terms & Conditions

Booking a group of at least 20 people Hostel Mancini offer an extra 5% discount on the balance due to pay upon check in.

Group booking has to be guaranteed with a valid credit card details their booking.
The provide credit card will be charged only in case of NO SHOW.
The balance will be payed upon arrival at Hostel reception.

Hostelsclub erklærer i overensstemmelse med stykke 29 i loven 196/2003:

a)Oplysningerne i dette skema indsamles med det formål at fuldende reservationerne på denne side, og de behandles med automatiserede informatiske midler.

b)Indtastningen af de personlige oplysninger er obligatorisk, hvis man ønsker at anvende reservationsfaciliteterne.

c)Manglende samtykke til behandling af de personlige oplysninger forhindrer adgang til reservationsfaciliteterne.

d) De indsamlede oplysninger bliver videregivet til personer eller selskaber som skal gennemføre reservationerne, og de bliver kun videregivet til andre med det formål at gennemføre reservationerne.

e) Brugerens rettigheder beskyttes af stykke 7 i loven 196/2003.

Vilkår og betingelser

1) Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - Hostelsclub.com hverken ejer eller driver de virksomheder, der er opført på vores site. Vi leverer en booking facilitet, der bekræfter bookede reservationer, men det er de enkelte virksomheder, der leverer indkvarteringen til brugeren ifølge den tilgængelighed og de priser, som virksomheden har oplyst. HostelsClub.com er ikke ansvarlig for ændringer, som virksomheden foretager.

2) Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - Hostelsclub.com bestræber sig på at levere acceptable indkvarteringsstandarder og korrekte beskrivelser af indkvarteringsforholdene, men vi er ikke ansvarlige for virksomhedens standard.

3) Vi gør vores yderste for at sikre, at virksomheden behandler brugerens booking korrekt.

4) De gæstanmeldelser, som kan ses på vores site, er skrevet af brugerne og viser brugerens mening og er en bedømmelse af den enkelte brugers ophold på overnatningsstedet.

5) Når man foretager en reservation, skal brugeren straks betale et ikke-refunderbart depositum på 10% af bookingens totalpris samt et servicegebyr på 2 euro. Det resterende beløb plus evt. yderligere gebyrer betales direkte til virksomheden (normalt betales dette ved ankomst, hvis andet ikke er oplyst af virksomheden), i den valuta som virksomheden foretrækker. Hvis et værelse betegnes 'non-refundable', bliver restbeløbet trukket, umiddelbart efter at bookingen er foretaget.
Sørg venligst for, at der er dækning på kreditkortet til denne betaling, samt at kortet ikke udløber før ankomstdatoen. I modsat fald kan virksomheden bede brugeren om at oplyse et alternativt kreditkort som garanti, før de bekræfter bookingen.

6) Alle afbestillinger skal foretages senest 24 timer før ankomstdato, hvis ikke andet er angivet af virksomheden. Bemærk venligst, at der med dette tidsum menes 24 timer før ankomstDATO OG IKKE 24 TIMER FØR EN FORVENTEDE ankomstTID. I nogle tilfælde kan dette være 48 timer før ankomstdatoen pga. forskellige tidszoner. Afbestilling skal foretages via det link, der blev tilsendt i bekræftelsesmailen, igennem brugerens konto eller direkte hos virksomheden; Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - Hostelsclub.com kan ikke afbestille en brugerbekræftet booking.
I tilfælde af 'no-show' ELLER for sen afbestilling har virksomheden ret til at opkræve betaling for først overnatning, med mindre andet er oplyst af virksomheden.

7) Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - Hostelsclub.com vil behandle reservationsbekræftelsen og videresende bookingdetaljer til både virksomhed og bruger. Det er brugerens ansvar at medbringe en kopi af reservationsbekræftelsen til overnatningsstedet ved indcheckning.

8) Depositum er ikke-refunderbart. Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - Hostelsclub.com er kun ansvarlig for brugerens depositum i det usandsynlige tilfælde af komplikationer eller tvists.

9) Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - Hostelsclub.com gør sit yderste for at sikre, at alle kreditkorttransaktioner er sikre. Hvis uautoriserede gebyrer forekommer på kreditkortudskrifter på det kort, der er brugt hos Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - Hostelsclub.com, på ethvert tidspunkt under eller efter reservationen, er Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - Hostelsclub.com ikke på nogen måde ansvarlig for. Hverken i tilfælde af misbrug eller tab.

10) Priskonverteringer i andre valutaer end euro (EUR) foretages ved at bruge hyppigt opdaterede interbanksatser indsamlet fra velrenommerede kilder, men garanteres ikke at være præcise. Dit kreditkortselskab kan opkræve dig et lidt anderledes beløb for køb foretaget i euro (EUR), end det vi angiver på hjemmesiden, afhængigt af din kreditkortaftale.
