- AGE RESTRICTIONS
If by the date you check-in you are under 18 years old, and in any case below 16 years old, we will accept your booking only if you will bring a signed Authorization of one of your parents or a person who acts in their stand. In some circumstances we will have to call the police to ask authorization before letting you stay with us. Guests who wish to bring their children under 10 years old must book a private room.

- ROOM ALLOCATION
If you are travelling with family or friends, we will do our best to allocate you in the same room. However, please note that this is not always possible, and even if you make the same reservation, booking a bed in a shared dormitory, does not guarantee to stay in the same room. If you want to stay in the same room, we always suggest booking a private room that will feet you need.

- PAYMENT
We accept credit, debit and prepaid cards issued world-wide by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, American Express and mobile wallets including Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay and Alipay with QR codes. Crypto currencies are not accepted. We also accept cash, but only in € (Euro) currency. For any reason we can accept cash payments above the limit of € 999,99 due to Italian law restrictions. If you prefer to pay cash, please bring the precise amount, as in the absence of change we will not be able to accept the payment. If you want to pay before your arrival, you can contact us by email at indicating your Full Name and reservation number. We will send you a link where you can safely pay by payment card, SOFORT-Klarna, PayPal. In case you prefer paying by wire-transfer you should inform us at least 4 working days before your check-in, as we need to collect the amount before your arrival.

- CANCELLATION POLICY
We only accept cancellation or modification requests in written form.
While you can cancel the reservation in the correct time frame, Deposits are always non-refundable. If the total value of a single booking or batch of bookings belonging to the same group is greater than or equal to € 300, a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total value will be required to confirm your booking regardless of the rate type selected. If you arrive a day late without informing us, we will do our best to welcome you, but this may not be in the same room type you’ve booked or even not guaranteed at all, and it may incur extra charges.

- RECEIPTS AND INVOICE
Upon payment we will issue a fiscal document (Commercial Document) that includes your name, the number of guests, date of arrival and departure and the total amount paid. If you need a VAT Invoice that includes additional data such as the name of your Company, Address and VAT Number, you must request if at the time of your reservation. We will not be able to issue in any case a VAT Invoice after we print a Commercial Document.

- TAXES
In all our listed prices, Italian VAT (10%) is always included. As we are a Hostel located in the Metropolitan City of Naples, we are exempt from paying the Tourist City Tax. In any case, if any additional tax is required, we will inform you before the transaction.

- DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Guests will be expected to reimburse Hostel Mancini for any damage caused by inappropriate guest behavior during their stay. Bad behavior includes any kind of damage, including damages caused by excessive alcohol consumption or usage of drugs.

- GUEST BEHAVIOUR
Hostel Mancini and its personnel will not allow any racist, misogynist, transphobic, homophobic, or violent attitude. We expect you to respect other guests as well as staff, residents and property. Any guest(s) who, in the opinion of our staff, compromise the comfort, safety or security of other guests, staff or residents, will be asked to leave the hostel premises immediately and will not be refunded.

- PERSONAL PROPERTY
It is a guest’s responsibility to ensure that personal belongings are always secure. You will find personal lockers in the rooms. They will require a padlock which is not included. You can bring your own or buy one from the vending machine standing near the reception. Hostel Mancini does not accept liability for the loss, theft or damage to guests’ property, however, sustained or caused.

- NO SMOKING
Smoking is only allowed outside the balconies, but still we expect you to ask other people, standing near you, if smoke could bother them. Any guest found smoking inside the building areas, including rooms or bathrooms, will be fined € 50,00.

- NO USE OF DRUGS
Drug use is illegal and strictly forbidden by the Italian law. Any guest found using drugs within our property will be fined € 250,00 and asked to leave the premises immediately. In some cases, we will be required to call the police. A refund will not be issued.

- ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION
We will not serve alcohol and will not tolerate alcohol consumption by anyone under the age of 18. At our staff discretion, we can choose to stop serving alcohol if we realize it is time to stop. We will not allow glass bottles inside our property. This is a security measure for you and for others.

- FOOD AND BEVERAGE
You can bring your own food and beverages in the hostel, except glass bottles, but make sure you store it in our kitchen. We ask you to put a label on your food, with your name and check-our date on it. Due to strict Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (H.A.C.C.P.) EU regulations, we might ask you, or we might be obliged, in rare cases, to throw away food, as well as not labelled food. We do not allow to bring any food or beverages inside the rooms. Every time you use our kitchen equipment, you will be asked to leave it exactly as you found it, so make sure to clean after use.

- FACILITIES RULES
Kitchen is available for Guests for free and is available from 2 pm till 11 pm. Shower and Kitchen facilities are not available before check-in and after check-out. For security reasons, in any case we cannot store luggage that belongs to an unregistered person. To be registered, the person needs to reserve a bed or a room and sleep during the night.

- PETS
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in our Hostel. In some cases, we still might allow animals, such as guide-dogs. If you want to make sure, contact us via email.

- SECURITY
For security reasons we ask to not introduce glass bottles, always wear shoes while walking inside the common areas and watch out for slippery floor warnings. Hostel Mancini is exempt from any liability due to the violation of these provisions. Furthermore, the customer who does not comply with the conditions, could be criminally reported and might be liable for damages towards the Hostel and/or other customers. Our reception is open 24/7 and all common areas, including Reception, Kitchen, TV Room, Dining Room, corridors and entrances, are under 24/7 video-surveillance. Registrations will be kept for a reasonable period according to the local legislation and will be at the police disposal in case of illegal activities. We ensure the personal data protection according to the EU Regulation 2016/679 also known as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

- FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of Force Majeure (governmental action, transportation interruption, terrorist attack, pandemics, alien invasion and others) affecting your booking, Hostel Mancini might not able to refund customers and we reserve the right to receive any outstanding payment in connection to your confirmed booking. The Customer’s rights as a consumer under consumer protection legislation from time to time in force shall not be affected by this Conditions.

Booking a group of at least 20 people Hostel Mancini offer an extra 5% discount on the balance due to pay upon check in.

Group booking has to be guaranteed with a valid credit card details their booking.
The provide credit card will be charged only in case of NO SHOW.
The balance will be payed upon arrival at Hostel reception.

1) Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - HostelsClub.com не является собственником или управляющим ни одной из туристических структур или отелей, представленных на сайте, мы обеспечиваем механизм резервирования, который облегчает осуществление подтвержденного бронирования. Ответственность за предоставление жилья, в соответствии с заявленным в наличии, цены и условия, лежит полностью на самой гостинице или хостеле.

2) Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - HostelsClub.com стремится обеспечить приемлемые стандарты проживания и соответствующее реальности описание условий проживания, в то же время мы не несем ответственности за условия проживания в заведении или несоответствие условий проживания с описанием или фотографиями структуры.

3) Все наши усилия направлены на то, чтобы обеспечить правильность и бесперебойность функционирования процесса бронирования для пользователей.

4) Рейтинги, видимые на сайте, написаны гостями гостиницы и отражают мнение клиентов, посетивших данное заведение.

5) Производя бронирование, пользователь оплачивает не возмещаемый депозит, составляющий 10% от полной стоимости бронирования, и оплату за бронирование, составляющую 2 евро. Оставшаяся часть стоимости оплачивается по прибытии напрямую туристической структуре в предпочитаемой ей валюте. Однако, если вы заказываете номер с тарифом не подлежащем возврату (проверьте "Тип номера", делая резервацию), он должен быть оплачен в полном размере и соответствующая сумма будет снята с Вашей кредитной карты отелем в течение ближайших 72 часов и больше не оплачивается по прибытии. Важно, чтобы на вашей карточке была необходимая для оплаты сумма, иначе резервация не будет подтверждена.

6) С HostelsClub.com Вы можете отменить заказ как правило 24 часа перед точным ДНЁМ приезда. В некоторых случаях (из-за различий в часовых поясах) вам нужно отменить заказ 48 часа перед днем приезда. Помните, что большинство гостиниц снимает с вашей карты стоимость проживания за первую ночь, если вы не приехали и не аннулировали бронирование. Обратите внимание, что многие гостиницы имеют другую политику аннулирования, поэтому читайте внимательно описание гостиницы и информацию в подтверждении бронирования. Пожалуйста, свяжитесь с гостиницей напрямую в случае отмены бронирования для проверки. В соответствии с условиями контракта с HostelsClub.com задаток и стоимость за услугу бронирования не подлежат возмещению. Если вы заказываете номер с тарифом не подлежащем возврату (проверьте "Тип номера", делая резервацию), то вся оплата не подлежит возмещению. Многие гостиницы имеют специальные правила аннуляции на праздники ли для групп, проверьте эти условия заранее.

7) Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - HostelsClub.com высылает подтверждение бронирования, содержащее все детали заказа, гостиниц и клиенту, на указанные ими адреса электронной почты. В ответственность клиента входит распечатать и привезти с собой копию подтверждения бронирования.

8) Депозит (предоплата 10% и плата за услугу резервации) являются не возмещаемыми. HostelsClub.com может возвратить депозит клиенту только в особых случаях, связанных с осложнениями в работе системы.

9) Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - HostelsClub.com делает все возможное для того, чтобы все операции с кредитными картами были безопасны. В случае неавторизированных изменений на счете вашей кредитной карты, которая была использованы при резервации на сайте HostelsClub.com в любое время - во время или после осуществления бронирования, Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL HostelsClub.com не несет никакой ответственности в любом случае за любой причиненный ущерб или убытки.

10) Расчеты в валютах, отличных от евро осуществляются на основе постоянно обновляемых ставок, получаемых от надежных источников, но не являющихся гарантированно точными. Компания, обслуживающая вашу кредитную карту, может потребовать с Вас сумму за оплату покупок в евро незначительно отличающуюся от той, которую Вы видите на нашем сайте в зависимости от контракта с компанией, обслуживающей кредитную карту.

 

Информация о конфиденциальности

Hostelsclub, в соответствии со статьей номер 29 итальянского закона 196/2003, заявляет:
a) Данные, которые вносятся в формуляр заказа бронирования необходимы для осуществления бронирования и будут обработаны электронно.

б) Внесение персональных данных является обязательным для осуществления бронирования клиентом.

в) Отказ от внесения персональных данных повлечет за собой отказ в осуществлении бронирования.

г) Предоставленные данные будут переданы персоналу, ответственному за предоставление услуг по бронированию и другим лицам только исключительно в целях осуществления бронирования.

д) Клиент защищен статьей номер 7 итальянского закона 196/2003.

е) Ответственность за обработку предоставленных данных лежит на
