Please note that we are located on the 4th floor of a heritage shophouse WITHOUT a lift. To keep our prices low, we accept cash only for payment. Payment with credit card is subjected to a 5% administrative charge.

If you have an early flight, you may check in early(after 7am on the check in date) and use our facilities or you can leave your bags with us whilst you head out to explore the city. A booking for the previous night is required should you need to check in/leave your luggage with us before 7am. Likewise, if you have a late flight or bus to catch on the day of your checkout, you may leave your bags with us at no additional cost until 22:00hrs. Due to our limited capacity at our Inn, we do not accept Singaporeans/returning locals/PR/Foreigners holding work permits. Please contact us before booking whenever in doubt. To upkeep the cleanliness of the hostel, no footwear is allowed indoors (except in the toilets). Guest may wear socks if they are not comfortable barefooted. The air-con in the dorms are turned on continuously for 12 hours throughout the night (9pm to 9am). The dorms are ventilated with fans in the day. The common area is fully air-conditioned during the day. We do not accept groups above 8 pax. Please contact us before booking on the website. Please note that not all our rooms/dorms have windows. If you need to stay in a room with windows, please check with us before booking.

Please note that alcoholic beverages are not permitted within the hostel after 10pm to ensure that in-house guests are able to get a good night's rest.

Terms & Conditions
• Booking made is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or modification. Payment will be charged to your card prior to arrival.
• All rates in Singapore Dollars are inclusive of taxes, breakfast, free wi-fi, internet access, lockers, clean toilets, bathrooms, clean sheets and clean rooms.
• Check-in time: 14:00-23:00. Please note that we DO NOT accept check-in after 23:00. Please respect our check-in time after 14:00 as we have to adhere to our cleaning schedule (12:00-14:00) to upkeep the cleanliness of the hostel. Our reception operates from 09:00 to 23:00. Late check in 23:00 to 01:30 is chargeable at S$8 per booking and after 1:30 is chargeable at S$16 per booking. Please ring the bell upon arrival and our staff will come out to assist you.
• Check-out time: 12:00. One night's stay will be chargeable for late check out past 12:00.
• If you have an early flight, you may leave your luggage with us(after 7am on the check-in date) and use our facilities before heading out to explore the city. A booking for the previous night is required should you need a bed to rest immediately upon arrival from 07:00 to 14:00 on your check-in day.
• If you have a late flight or bus to catch on the day of your check-out, you may leave your bags with us at no additional cost until 22:00.
• The air-con in the dorms are turned on continuously for 12 hours throughout the night (21:00 to 09:00). The dorms are ventilated with fans in the day. The common area is fully air-conditioned during the day.
• To upkeep the environment of a backpackers hostel, we do not accommodate children below the age of 5. Children aged between 5 and 11 years can be accommodated in private rooms only, and not in dormitories. Children aged 12 and above can be accommodated either in private rooms or in dormitories.
• Due to limited capacity, we do not accept Singaporeans/returning locals/PR/Foreigners holding work permits. Please contact us before booking whenever in doubt.
• Please note that we are located on the 4th floor of a heritage shophouse without a lift.
• To upkeep the cleanliness of the hostel, no footwear is allowed indoors (except in the toilets). Guest may wear socks if they are not comfortable barefooted.
• We will hold all bookings up to 3 hours of your scheduled arrival time. Kindly inform us if you have any changes to your arrival time.
• We do not accept big groups above 8pax. Please contact us prior to booking for large group bookings.
• Please note that not all our rooms/dormitories have windows. If you need to stay in a room with windows, please check with us before booking.
• Refundable Key Deposit S$20 per pax is applicable
• By booking with us, you agree with the above stated terms and conditions.

 

HostelsClub Şartlar ve Koşulları

1) Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - Hostelsclub.com sitesinde listelenen tesislerden herhangi birine sahip değildir veya bunları işletmiyordur, tesisin sağladığı müsaitlik ve fiyatlandırmaya göre kullanıcıya online rezervasyon hizmeti sağlar. HostelsClub.com, tesis tarafından yapılan herhangi bir değişiklikten sorumlu değildir.

2) Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - Hostelsclub.com, tesisin konaklama standartlarını ve açıklamaklarını doğru bir şekilde sağlamak yükümlüdür, tesis standartlarından sorumlu değildir.

3) Kullanıcıların doğru şekilde rezervasyon yapabilmelerini sağlamak için tüm çaba sarf edilmektedir.

4) Sitede görüntülenen puanlar kullanıcılar tarafından yapılmıştır ve tesislerde kalan kullanıcıların görüşleridir.

5) Kullanıcı rezervasyon yaparken geri iadesiz toplam rezervasyon ücretinin %10'unu ve 2 euro'luk bir rezervasyon ücretini içeren bir ödeme yapacaktır. Ek hizmetler ve ücretler de dahil olmak üzere tutar, tesisin tercih ettiği para biriminde tesise (normalde tesis tarafından aksi belirtilmedikçe varışta) ödenir. "Geri İadesiz" odalar için ücret rezervasyon işlemi tamamlandıktan sonra tahsil edilecektir. Lütfen kredi kartınızda yeterli bakiye olduğundan ve kartın varıştan önce kullanım süresinin dolmadığından emin olun. Aksi takdirde, tesis rezervasyonu onaylamak için bir garanti olarak alternatif bir kredi kartı vermenizi isteyebilir.

6) Tüm iptaller, tesis tarafından aksi belirtilmedikçe varış tarihinden 24 saat önce yapılmalıdır. Lütfen bu dönemin varış tarihinden itibaren 24 saat öncesinden başladığını ve TAHMİN EDİLEN ZAMANINDAN BAŞLAMADIĞINI unutmayın. Bazı durumlarda, farklı saat dilimleri verildiğinde, bu varış tarihinden 48 saat öncesine kadar çıkabilir. İptaller, onay e-postasından, hesabından veya doğrudan tesis tarafından yapılabilir, Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - Hostelsclub.com bir kullanıcı tarafından onaylanan bir rezervasyonu iptal edemez.
Tesise gidilmediğinde veya geç iptal durumunda tesis kullanıcıdan ilk gece ücretini tahsil etme hakkına sahiptir.

7) Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - Hostelsclub.com, rezervasyon onay formunu işleyecek ve rezervasyon detaylarını tesise ve kullanıcıya iletecektir. Check-in sırasında rezervasyonun bir kopyasını tesise teslim etmek kullanıcıların sorumluluğundadır.

8) Depozitolar geri iadesizdir. Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - Hostelsclub.com, kullanıcıya yalnızca bir karışıklık veya anlaşmazlık durumunda meydana gelebilecek olası bir durumda geri iadeden sorumludur.

9) Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - Hostelsclub.com, kredi kartı işlemlerinin güvenli olduğundan emin olmak için tüm çabayı gösterir. Ancak, Mo.Lo.Ra'da kullanılan kart için kredi kartı ekstrenizde yetkisiz ödemeler varsa, rezervasyonunuzu yaparken veya yaptıktan sonra herhangi bir zamanda, Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - Hostelsclub.com herhangi bir hasar veya kayıp için herhangi bir şekilde sorumlu değildir.

10) Euro (EUR) dışındaki para birimlerindeki fiyat dönüşümleri, uluslararası kaynaklardan toplanan sık güncellenen bankalararası oranlar kullanılarak yapılır, ancak doğru olması garanti edilmez. Bankanız, sözleşmenize bağlı olarak sitede belirtilen Euro (EUR) cinsinden yapılan alışverişlerde sizden farklı bir ücret alabilir.

 

Sanal Kredi Şartlar ve Koşulları

HostelsClub Sanal Kredisi sadece HostelsClub.com adresinde çevrimiçi olarak yapılan rezervasyonlar için kullanılabilir, normal e-posta adresiniz tarafından tanımlanan hesabınıza uygulandıktan sonra 12 ay geçerlidir.

12 ay içinde kullanılan veya kullanılmayan herhangi bir HostelsClub Sanal Kredi tutarı için geri ödeme yapılmayacaktır. Son kullanma tarihinden sonra kullanılmayan HostelsClub Sanal Kredisi yerine nakit değeri verilmeyecektir.

Rezervasyon ücreti HostelsClub Sanal Kredisinden daha az olması durumunda, kalan değer www.hostelsclub.com adresinde diğer tüm rezervasyonlar için 12 ay içinde kullanılabilir.

Kredi, HostelsClub.com adresinde MyClub hesabında görüntülenir.

HostelsClub Sanal Kredisi sadece EUR cinsinden uygulanır.

Gizlilik Politikası

Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - Hostelsclub.com, 196/2003 sayılı İtalyan Hukukunun 19'uncu maddesine uygun olarak şunları beyan eder:
a) Bu sitede toplanan veriler, rezervasyon işlemlerini etkinleştirmek için kullanılır ve elektronik olarak işleme alınır.

b) Kullanıcıya ait rezervasyon hizmetlerini etkinleştirmek için kişisel verilerin verilmesi zorunludur.

c) Kişisel verileri göndermeyi reddetmek, rezervasyon hizmetlerine erişimi reddeder.

d) Toplanan veriler, rezervasyon hizmetine bağlı olan hizmetlerden yararlanmak ve münhasıran rezervasyon hizmetini yürütmek üzere tesise transfer etmek için sorumlu kişilere aktarılacaktır.

e) Kullanıcı, 196/2003 tarihli İtalyan yasasının n.7 maddesi ile garanti altına alınmıştır.

f) Toplanan verilerin işlenmesinden sorumlu taraf:
