Please note that we are located on the 4th floor of a heritage shophouse WITHOUT a lift. To keep our prices low, we accept cash only for payment. Payment with credit card is subjected to a 5% administrative charge.

If you have an early flight, you may check in early(after 7am on the check in date) and use our facilities or you can leave your bags with us whilst you head out to explore the city. A booking for the previous night is required should you need to check in/leave your luggage with us before 7am. Likewise, if you have a late flight or bus to catch on the day of your checkout, you may leave your bags with us at no additional cost until 22:00hrs. Due to our limited capacity at our Inn, we do not accept Singaporeans/returning locals/PR/Foreigners holding work permits. Please contact us before booking whenever in doubt. To upkeep the cleanliness of the hostel, no footwear is allowed indoors (except in the toilets). Guest may wear socks if they are not comfortable barefooted. The air-con in the dorms are turned on continuously for 12 hours throughout the night (9pm to 9am). The dorms are ventilated with fans in the day. The common area is fully air-conditioned during the day. We do not accept groups above 8 pax. Please contact us before booking on the website. Please note that not all our rooms/dorms have windows. If you need to stay in a room with windows, please check with us before booking.

Please note that alcoholic beverages are not permitted within the hostel after 10pm to ensure that in-house guests are able to get a good night's rest.

Group Booking Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions
• Booking made is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or modification. Payment will be charged to your card prior to arrival.
• All rates in Singapore Dollars are inclusive of taxes, breakfast, free wi-fi, internet access, lockers, clean toilets, bathrooms, clean sheets and clean rooms.
• Check-in time: 14:00-23:00. Please note that we DO NOT accept check-in after 23:00. Please respect our check-in time after 14:00 as we have to adhere to our cleaning schedule (12:00-14:00) to upkeep the cleanliness of the hostel. Our reception operates from 09:00 to 23:00. Late check in 23:00 to 01:30 is chargeable at S$8 per booking and after 1:30 is chargeable at S$16 per booking. Please ring the bell upon arrival and our staff will come out to assist you.
• Check-out time: 12:00. One night's stay will be chargeable for late check out past 12:00.
• If you have an early flight, you may leave your luggage with us(after 7am on the check-in date) and use our facilities before heading out to explore the city. A booking for the previous night is required should you need a bed to rest immediately upon arrival from 07:00 to 14:00 on your check-in day.
• If you have a late flight or bus to catch on the day of your check-out, you may leave your bags with us at no additional cost until 22:00.
• The air-con in the dorms are turned on continuously for 12 hours throughout the night (21:00 to 09:00). The dorms are ventilated with fans in the day. The common area is fully air-conditioned during the day.
• To upkeep the environment of a backpackers hostel, we do not accommodate children below the age of 5. Children aged between 5 and 11 years can be accommodated in private rooms only, and not in dormitories. Children aged 12 and above can be accommodated either in private rooms or in dormitories.
• Due to limited capacity, we do not accept Singaporeans/returning locals/PR/Foreigners holding work permits. Please contact us before booking whenever in doubt.
• Please note that we are located on the 4th floor of a heritage shophouse without a lift.

• We will hold all bookings up to 3 hours of your scheduled arrival time. Kindly inform us if you have any changes to your arrival time.
• We do not accept big groups above 8pax. Please contact us prior to booking for large group bookings.

• Refundable Key Deposit S$20 per pax is applicable
• By booking with us, you agree with the above stated terms and conditions.

1) Hostelsclub.com nepriklauso jokia įstaiga, aprašyta mūsų tinklapyje, ir joms nevadovauja, mes suteikiame užsakymo sistemą gauti užtikrintas rezervacijas, o įstaigų atsakomybė yra suteikti užsakovui apgyvendinimai pagal savo tiekiamas galimybes. .

2) Hostelsclub.com siekia suteikti tinkamus apgyvendinimo standartus ir teisingus jų aprašymus, tačiau mes nesame atsakingi už įstaigos standartus.

3) Visos pastangos yra dedamos į užtikrinimą, kad įstaigos vartotojų užsakymus įvykdys teisingai.

4) Vertinimai matomi tinklalapyje yra vartotojų parašyti ir tai vartotojų nuomonė, kurie buvo apsistoję įstaigose.

5) Visi atšaukimai turi būti padaryti 24 valandos prieš atvykimo datą, nebent kitaip nurodyta susitarime su įstaiga. Atšaukimai turi būti padaryti per vartotojo Mano Klubo anketą arba tiesiogiai su įstaiga, Hostelsclub.com negali atšaukti vartotojų patvirtintų užsakymų.
Nepasirodymo Atveju, įstaiga turi teisę apmokestinti pirmas apgyvendinimo naktis, arba kitaip pagal susitarimą su įmone.

6) Kai rezervuojasi, vartotojas bus iškart apmokestintas negrąžinamu 2 eurų užsakymo mokesčiu ir 10% įmoka nuo visos užsakymo sumos. Balansas, įskaitant papildomas paslaugas/mokesčius, yra apmokamas įstaigoje atvykus jos nustatyta valiuta.

7) Hostelsclub.com perves užsakymo patvirtinimo formą ir persiųs užsakymo detales įstaigai ir vartotojui. Vartotojo atsakomybė ir atsivežti užsakymo kopiją į įstaigą registracijos metu.

8) Įmokos nėra grąžinamos. Hostelsclub.com yra atsakaitingas už įmoką vartotojui tik netikėtos komplikacijos arba ginčo metu.

9) Hostelsclub.com daro viską, kas įmanoma užtikrinti visų kreditinės kortelės perlaidų saugumą. Tačiau neautorizuotiems mokesčiams pasirodžius Jūsų kreditinės kortelės, naudotos Hostelsclub.com bet kuriuo metu arba po rezervacijų užsakymo, sąskaitoje, Hostelsclub.com neatsako ir nerą atskaitingas už jokią žalą ar praradimą.

10) Kainų keitimai kita valiuta negu Eurais (EUR) yra daromi naudojant dažnai atnaujinamą tarpbankinę kursų sistemą iš patikimų šaltinių, bet mes negarantuojame kursų tikslumo. Jūsų Kreditinės Kortelės Kompanija gali apmokestinti šiek tiek skirtingais mokesčiais už pasalugas, užsisakytas Eurais (EUR) negu mes rodome savo tinklalapyje, priklausomai nuo Jūsų Kredito Kortelės kontrakto..

 

Privatumo liudijimas

Hostelsclub, remdamiesi n. 29 Italijos įstatymo 196/2003 straipsniu, teigia:
a) Informacija, surinkta su šia forma yra galutinė vykdant rezervacijos procesą ir bus naudojama elktroniniu būdu.

b) Priduoti asmeninius duomenis yra reikalaujama, norint aktyvuoti vartotojo rezervacijos paslaugos..

c) Atsisakymas priduoti asmeninius duomenisatjungia ryšį su rezervacijos paslaugų sfera.

d) Surinkti duomenys bus persiųsti asmenims, atsakingiems už susijusių paslaugų teikimą ir persiųsti kitiems, kad patenkinti rezervacijos paslaugas..

e) Vartotojas garantuojamas n,7 Italijo įstatymo 196/2003 straipsniu.

f) Atsakingas už surinktus duomenis yra
