Please note that we are located on the 4th floor of a heritage shophouse WITHOUT a lift. To keep our prices low, we accept cash only for payment. Payment with credit card is subjected to a 5% administrative charge.

If you have an early flight, you may check in early(after 7am on the check in date) and use our facilities or you can leave your bags with us whilst you head out to explore the city. A booking for the previous night is required should you need to check in/leave your luggage with us before 7am. Likewise, if you have a late flight or bus to catch on the day of your checkout, you may leave your bags with us at no additional cost until 22:00hrs. Due to our limited capacity at our Inn, we do not accept Singaporeans/returning locals/PR/Foreigners holding work permits. Please contact us before booking whenever in doubt. To upkeep the cleanliness of the hostel, no footwear is allowed indoors (except in the toilets). Guest may wear socks if they are not comfortable barefooted. The air-con in the dorms are turned on continuously for 12 hours throughout the night (9pm to 9am). The dorms are ventilated with fans in the day. The common area is fully air-conditioned during the day. We do not accept groups above 8 pax. Please contact us before booking on the website. Please note that not all our rooms/dorms have windows. If you need to stay in a room with windows, please check with us before booking.

Please note that alcoholic beverages are not permitted within the hostel after 10pm to ensure that in-house guests are able to get a good night's rest.

Group Booking Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions
• Booking made is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or modification. Payment will be charged to your card prior to arrival.
• All rates in Singapore Dollars are inclusive of taxes, breakfast, free wi-fi, internet access, lockers, clean toilets, bathrooms, clean sheets and clean rooms.
• Check-in time: 14:00-23:00. Please note that we DO NOT accept check-in after 23:00. Please respect our check-in time after 14:00 as we have to adhere to our cleaning schedule (12:00-14:00) to upkeep the cleanliness of the hostel. Our reception operates from 09:00 to 23:00. Late check in 23:00 to 01:30 is chargeable at S$8 per booking and after 1:30 is chargeable at S$16 per booking. Please ring the bell upon arrival and our staff will come out to assist you.
• Check-out time: 12:00. One night's stay will be chargeable for late check out past 12:00.
• If you have an early flight, you may leave your luggage with us(after 7am on the check-in date) and use our facilities before heading out to explore the city. A booking for the previous night is required should you need a bed to rest immediately upon arrival from 07:00 to 14:00 on your check-in day.
• If you have a late flight or bus to catch on the day of your check-out, you may leave your bags with us at no additional cost until 22:00.
• The air-con in the dorms are turned on continuously for 12 hours throughout the night (21:00 to 09:00). The dorms are ventilated with fans in the day. The common area is fully air-conditioned during the day.
• To upkeep the environment of a backpackers hostel, we do not accommodate children below the age of 5. Children aged between 5 and 11 years can be accommodated in private rooms only, and not in dormitories. Children aged 12 and above can be accommodated either in private rooms or in dormitories.
• Due to limited capacity, we do not accept Singaporeans/returning locals/PR/Foreigners holding work permits. Please contact us before booking whenever in doubt.
• Please note that we are located on the 4th floor of a heritage shophouse without a lift.

• We will hold all bookings up to 3 hours of your scheduled arrival time. Kindly inform us if you have any changes to your arrival time.

• Refundable Key Deposit S$20 per pax is applicable

Podmínky a ustanovení

1) Webový server Hostelsclub.com nevlastní ani neprovozuje žádné ze zařízení, uvedená na těchto stránkách. Poskytujeme rezervační systém pro usnadnění rezervací. Je povinností jednotlivých zařízení poskytnout zákazníkům ubytování takové, jaké bylo nabízeno.

2) Webový server Hostelsclub.com se snaží poskytovat přijatelné ubytování a pravdivé popisy o ubytování, nicméně nezodpovídáme za kvalitu zařízení.

3) Věnujeme veškeré úsilí tomu, aby ubytování zákazníků probíhalo korektně.

4) Hodnocení uvedené na našich stránkách je tvořeno uživateli a vyjadřuje názor zákazníků na jednotlivá zařízení.

5) Zrušení rezervace musí proběhnout minimálně 24 hodin před předpokládaným příjezdem, pokud nemá zařízení uvedeno jinak. Zrušení je třeba provést přes naše webové stránky v sekci, nebo přímo u daného ubytovacího zařízení. Webový server Hostelsclub.com nemůže rušit rezervace uživatelů.
V případě, že nedojde ke zrušení a zákazník se nedostaví, má zařízení právo účtovat zákazníkovi poplatek za první noc - pravidla se mohou u jednotlivých zařízení lišit.

6) Při provádění rezervace uživatel platí nevratnou 10% zálohu a rezervační poplatek ve výši 2 euro. Zbytek včetně dodatečných služeb a poplatků se platí přímo v ubytovacím zařízení.

7) Webový server Hostelsclub.com zpracuje rezervaci a pošle podrobnosti zákazníkovi a ubytovacímu zařízení. Je v zájmu zákazníka prokázat se pro kontrolu v ubytovně kopií rezervace.

8) Zálohy jsou nevratné. Webový server Hostelsclub.com je zodpovědný uživateli za zálohy pouze v případě nepravděpodobné komplikace nebo sporu.

9) Webový server Hostelsclub.com dělá vše proto, aby zajistil bezpečnost bankovních transakcí. Nicméně, pokud dojde k neautorizovanému stržení částky z karty proto, že karta byla použita na Hostelsclub.com kdykoli během rezervace nebo po ní, Hostelsclub.com není zodpovědný za jakékoli škody a ztráty.

10) Převody mezi jinými měnami než Euro (EUR) jsou prováděny pomocí mezinárodního kurzu, který je získáván z důvěryhodných zdrojů. Nelze zaručit naprosto přesnou konverzi měny. Vaše banka může při převodu na Euro (EUR) z karty strhnout nepatrně rozdílnou částku než tu, která je uvedena na našich stránkách. Tento rozdíl závisí na Vaší bance.

 

Bezpečnost osobních údajů

Hostelsclub, v souladu s evropským právem prohlašuje:
a) Veškerá získaná data jsou určena pro službu rezervace a je s nimi nakládáno pouze v elektronické podobě.

b) Postoupení osobních údajů se děje pouze pro provedení rezervace ubytovacího zařízení.

c) Odmítnutí potvrzení osobních údajů znemožní provedení rezervace.

d) Získaná data budou zaslána jednotlivcům pouze pro zajištění služeb spojených s rezervací.

e) Uživatel je chráněn evropským právem.

f) Za získaná data odpovídá
