Room bookings for groups of 12 persons and above:

The deadline for free cancellations is 60 days before the day of arrival for group bookings on the basis of multi-bed rooms. For groups on the basis of single and double rooms, the deadline for free cancellations is 45 days before the day of arrival. These deadlines also apply if the Contract is concluded within the respective deadline. On cancellation after these deadlines, cancellation charges are payable on the following terms:

a) From 59 days (group booking on the basis of multi-bed rooms) or 44 days (group booking on the basis of single and double rooms) to 30 days prior to arrival, 30 percent of the agreed booking price is payable.
b) 29 to 10 days prior to arrival: 50 percent of the total agreed booking price is payable.
c) 9 to 1 day(s) prior to arrival: 80 percent of the total agreed booking price is payable.
d) In the event of a cancellation on the day of arrival or non-utilisation of the service, 90 percent of the total agreed booking price is payable.
e) If the number of persons falls by more than ten percent within these deadlines, the above cancellation charges for the cancelled persons will apply accordingly. Up to ten percent of the number of persons may be cancelled free of charge up to one day prior to arrival.
Unless otherwise agreed, for groups of twelve persons or more a payment of 10 percent of the total booking price shall be due immediately on confirmation of the booking. Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining amount will be due no later than four weeks prior to arrival without the Hotel issuing a separate payment reminder. In the case of group bookings booked less than eight weeks prior to arrival, the first advance payment of 10 percent shall not apply and the total booking price will be due in full in advance immediately on confirmation of the booking.

Szerződési feltételek

1) A Hostelsclub.com nem tulaja és nem üzemeltetője az oldalon felsorolt egyik szálláshelynek sem, mi pusztán egy szállásfoglalási rendszert üzemeltetünk, amellyel megkönnyíthető a foglalások lebonyolítása. A szálláshely felelőssége, hogy a vendég számára az adott időszakban szállást biztosítson.

2) A Hostelsclub.com a szálláshely pontos leírását szolgáltatva törekszik arra, hogy elfogadható minőségű szálláshelyeket közvetítsen, ellenben nem felelős a szálláshely állapotáért.

3) A Hostelsclub mindent megtesz annak érdekében, hogy a szálláshelyek pontosan regisztrálják a felhasználók foglalásait .

4) Az oldalon feltüntetett értékeléseket a felhasználók írják, így azok a szálláshelyeket igénybe vevő vendégek véleményei.

5) 24 órával az érkezést megelőzően van lehetőség a foglalás törlésére, ha a szálláshely másképpen nem rendelkezik. A foglalás törlését a felhasználó My Club fiókján keresztül, vagy közvetlenül a szálláshellyel való kapcsolatfelvételen keresztül tudja lebonyolítani, a Hostelsclub.com-nak nem áll módjában a felhasználó által megerősített foglalást törölni.
Abban az esetben, ha a vendég nem jelenik meg a szálláshelyen, a szálláshelynek jogában áll az első éjszaka árát felszámolni, amennyiben a szálláshely másképpen nem rendelkezik.

6) A foglalás lebonyolításakor a felhasználó megfizeti a vissza nem téríthető előleget, amely a teljes ár 10%-a, továbbá 2 euró foglalási díjat. A fennmaradó összeget (ideértve a további díjakat is) a vendég az érkezéskor, a helyszínen fizeti a szálláshelynek, a szállás által meghatározott pénznemben.

7) A Hostelsclub.com regisztrálja a megerősített foglalást, a foglalás részleteit pedig továbbítja a szálláshely és a felhasználó felé. A felhasználó felelőssége, hogy a foglalást igazoló nyugtát magával vigye és azt a check innél bemutassa.

8) Az előleg nem téríthető vissza. A Hostelsclub.com csak abban a valószínűtlen esetben fizetheti vissza az összeget, ha komplikáció vagy vitás helyzet alakul ki.

9) A Hostelsclub.com mindent elkövet, hogy biztosítsa a bankkártyás tranzakciók biztonságát. Amennyiben a felhasználó által a Hostelsclub oldalán használt kártyán illetéktelen fizetési bejegyzés szerepelne, a Hostelsclub.com oldal semmilyen módon nem tehető felelőssé az elszenvedett károkért.

10) Az euró (EUR) árfolyamának változása megbízható bankközi árfolyamok felhasználásával van frissítve, az átváltások pontossága azonban nem garantált. Az euróban lebonyolított vásárlásokért a bank csekély mértékben eltérő összeget is felszámolhat.

 

Biztonsági feltételek

A Hostelsclub, az Olasz Állami Törvények 196/2003-os számú rendelete 29. paragrafusának értelmében kinyilvánítja, hogy:
a) Az oldalon található keresők segítségével összegyűjtött adatok elektronikus úton kerülnek feldolgozásra a foglalási szolgáltatás aktiválására.

b) A felhasználó köteles megadni személyes adatait a szolgáltatás aktiválásához.

c) Amennyiben a felhasználó visszautasítja személyes adatainak megadását, nem férhet hozzá a foglalási szolgáltatáshoz.

d) Az összegyűjtött adatokat olyan személyek részére továbbítjuk, akik a foglalási szolgáltatáshoz kapcsolódó feladatok lebonyolítását irányítják, mások részére pedig kizárólag a foglalás lebonyolítása érdekében továbbítjuk.

e) A felhasználó biztonságát az Olasz Állami Törvények 196/2003-os számú rendeletének 29. paragrafusa szavatolja.

f) A begyűjtött adatok kezeléséért felelős
