The guest is obliged to notify all changes to the contract directly and as early as possible in writing. This includes: Cancellations of the reservation and reduction of the number of participants or length of stay. This will not incur any costs until the 15th day before arrival. In the event of cancellation 14 days prior to arrival, 100% of the booking amount will be charged. From 6 p.m. on the day of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the booking amount will be charged. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
Pandemic insurance
In the event of another pandemic and an official order to close the Arosa Lenzerheide snow sports area, the guest can cancel or rebook his/her booking free of charge. In the event of a travel warning to Switzerland, we also guarantee foreign guests a free cancellation or rebooking of their reservation.
