Po kelerių metų keliaujant kartu du gyvenimo draugai nusprendė pradėti IHSP Prancūzijos kvartalų namus, kad apimtų viską, ką jie mėgsta, apie bendrabutį, keliauti ir būti tuo, ko jie visada ieško kelyje - namuose toli nuo namų. Mes įsikūrę tradiciniame Naujojo Orleano namuose, pastatyto 1856 m., Ir vis tiek pasižymi daugybe originalių savybių. Pirmasis nakvynės namuose "New Orleans" Prancūzijos kvartale mes idealiai įsikūrę per 10 minučių pėsčiomis nuo beveik visko Naujojoje Orleane.

Mūsų patalpose yra du 12 lovų bendrabučio kambariai su dviaukštėmis lovomis ir vonios kambariais; šešių lovų bendrabutis su dviaukštėmis lovomis ir vonios kambariu; du atskirus kambarius su dvigulėmis lovomis ir en suite vonios kambarius, įrengtus su Naujojo Orleano senoviniais daiktais; ir privatus kambarys su dvigule dviaukšte lova ir vonios kambariu.
Vieta ir aplinka
Mes esame pirmieji nakvynės namai Naujojo Orleano Prancūzijos kvartale - miesto širdyje. Viskas, ką miestas gali pasiūlyti - nuo maisto ir gėrimų iki vakarėlių, meno galerijų ir muziejų, vienos geriausios džiazo muzikos pasaulyje - yra tik keli žingsniai nuo mūsų durų. Bourbon Street yra mažiau nei penkių minučių pėsčiomis; Prancūzų gatvė, Jackson aikštė, "Cafe du Monde" ir visame pasaulyje žinomi restoranai yra tik 10-15 minučių pėsčiomis.

Check in from 14:00 to 23:00 . Check out before 11:00 24 hour reception daily. If you are arriving after 23:00, please notify the property in advance. At check-in, all guests must present a valid passport and proof of on-going travel. Guests must have a non-Louisiana ID to check in. International Travelers: A non-US passport is required to check in to the 12-Bed Mixed Dormitory room. For US Citizens: You must have ONE of the following: 1) Valid Student ID 2) Active Military ID 3) Non- Louisiana Drivers's License with valid credit card Please note: this property allows 1 person per bed in the dorm room. No couples may share a bed. No children are allowed. All guests must be at least 18 years of age. All dorm guests must be at least 18 years of age. The 12-bed mixed dormitory has a maximum stay of 7 nights. All private rooms have a maximum stay of 14 nights. PLEASE NOTE: We have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations that occur within 48 hours of the arrival date will be charged the entire first night of the stay. Late Cancellations and No Shows will be charged the entire first nights stay. PLEASE NOTE: If your party has 10 or more individuals please contact us directly for your large group booking. Upon booking you will be sent an additional contract detailing policy changes towards payment, cancellation, and modification. This contract must be signed & returned within 14 days of initial booking date. ALL LARGE GROUP BOOKINGS MUST PAY IN FULL BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE. There can be no cancellation or modifications to a reservation 30 days before arrival. PLEASE NOTE OUR SPECIAL DATES WITH DIFFERENT CANCELLATION POLICIES: February 17th, 2017 through February 19th, 2017: NBA All-Star Game. 7 day cancellation policy. February 22nd, 2017 through February 28th, 2017: Mardi Gras. 30 day cancellation policy. April 27th, 2017 through April 30th, 2017: Jazz Fest. 7 day cancellation policy. May 4th, 2017 through May 7th, 2017: Jazz Fest. 7 day cancellation policy. June 29th, 2017 through July 4th, 2017: Essence Fest and July 4th Holiday. 7 day cancellation policy. October 26th, 2017 through October 31st, 2017: Voodoo Fest and Halloween Holiday. 7 day cancellation policy. December 28th, 2017 through January 2nd, 2018: New Year Holiday and Allstate Sugar Bowl. 7 day cancellation policy. February 7th, 2018 through February 13th, 2018: Mardi Gras. 30 day cancellation policy. Any festival dates, including but not exclusive to: Voodoo Fest, Superbowl's, Final Four, Jazz Fest, Essence Fest, French Quarter Fest, Spring Break, Etc.--- will have a minimum stay requirement ranging from 2 to 4 days. Policies towards cancellation and modifications will be altered. The cancellation period for these festivals increases to 7 days. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival you may be responsible for the full balance of your reservation--please contact the property in regards to your specific festival's policies. Additional contracts may apply for certain festivals. PLEASE NOTE: Any major holidays, including but not exclusive to: July Fourth, Labor Day, Halloween, New Years, Memorial Day--- will have a minimum stay requirement ranging from 2 to 4 days. Policies towards cancellation & modifications will be altered. --please contact the property in regards to your specific holiday's policies. Additional contracts may apply for certain holidays. PLEASE NOTE: During Mardi Gras we have a 4 night minimum stay requirement. Upon booking you will be sent an additional contract detailing policy changes towards payment, cancellation, and modification.
