Over IHSP French Quarter House
Na jaren van samen reizen, besloten twee levenslange vrienden het IHSP French Quarter House te beginnen met alles wat ze leuk vinden aan hostels en reizen en om te zijn waar ze altijd naar op zoek waren, onderweg naar huis - een thuis weg van huis. Wij zijn gevestigd in een traditioneel huis in New Orleans, gebouwd in 1856, en hebben nog steeds veel originele kenmerken. Als eerste hostel in de Franse wijk van New Orleans zijn we ideaal gelegen op tien minuten lopen van bijna alles in New Orleans

Onze accommodaties omvatten twee slaapzalen met 12 bedden, met stapelbedden en ensuite badkamers; een slaapzaal met 6 bedden, met stapelbedden en een ensuite badkamer; twee privékamers met tweepersoonsbedden en ensuite badkamers, ingericht met antiek uit New Orleans; en een privékamer met een dubbel stapelbed en een eigen badkamer.
Locatie en omgeving
Wij zijn het eerste hostel in de Franse wijk van New Orleans - het hart van de stad. Alles wat de stad te bieden heeft - van eten en drinken, tot feesten, tot kunstgalerijen en musea, tot enkele van de beste jazzmuziek ter wereld - ligt op slechts enkele minuten lopen van onze voordeur. Bourbon Street is minder dan vijf minuten lopen; Frenchmen Street, Jackson Square, Cafe du Monde en wereldberoemde restaurants liggen op slechts 10 tot 15 minuten lopen.

The 12-bed mixed dormitory has a maximum stay of 7 nights. All private rooms have a maximum stay of 14 nights. PLEASE NOTE: We have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations that occur within 48 hours of the arrival date will be charged the entire first night of the stay. Late Cancellations and No Shows will be charged the entire first nights stay.
