Over the years many musical acts have graced one of the many stages at the Pimavera festival, from the Pixies and Arcade Fire, to Neil Young and Bon Iver. This musical event is one not to miss, and one that is guaranteed to satisfy just about anyone, no matter their musical preference.

The event originated in the outdoor architectural museum, Poble Expanyol and has since expanded and moved to Parc del Fòrum, an event and festival area located on the gorgeous coast of Barcelona. The festival this year falls from May 28th to 30th, and tickets are available now online for €185.00 to €195.00. As promised every year, Primavera Sound will fill their stages with a number of musical styles and at this convenient location that is easily accessible from Barcelona’s city centre, you won’t have to worry about getting home. Stay in one of the nearby hotels close to the Forum, or opt to stay within the city centre and take the metro, tram, or a €20.00 taxi to the event venue. If you’re feeling adventurous, getting to the festival is even walkable. You can walk the beach promenade for 60 minutes and wind up at the Forum.

The Barcelona Primavera Sound Festival is a great excuse (if you needed one) to head to Barcelona this spring and catch one of the biggest and most musically diverse music festivals you’ll find.
