Kazimierz is the old Jewish district of Krakow where you can find a lot of new impressions. You can visit plenty of interesting and historical places for example churches or synagogues. Not far from there you can also taste traditional Polish dishes like: dumplings, bigos or pork chop, because the neighborhood is full of restaurants. In little shops you can also buy nice souvenirs and trinkets from local shopheepers. Another building you have to see here is Kazimierz town hall, the museum of municipal engineering, and the New Theatre.

Kazimierz is also called the district of synagogues and you must see a few of them. For example worth seeing is the Old Synagogue, Popper's Synagogue, Izaak's Jakubowicz Synagogue and the Remuth's Synagogue. Except this synagogues, you can also see the Jewish Cemetery, placed on the Miodowa street. You can visit also other sacred buildings, like Church Bożego Ciała and Church Świętej Katarzyny Aleksandryjskiej.

In the evening you can go to popular music clubs, like: Alchemia, Cocon, Taawa, Loca, Stajnia, Magiel or Pozytywka. It is a guarantee of unforgettable memories and a lot of fun. Club "Dawno temu na Kazimierzu" is often organizing interesting concerts of Jewish and folk music.
