Warsaw is a city full of attractions where everyone can find something interesting. There are a lot of bars, clubs, festivals, concerts and other initiatives. We have a lot of discounts to Warsaw music clubs, that’s why we also love clubbing with our guests. In the evenings Warsaw restaurants are inviting to eat something together at a big table. You can find it for example in Aioli or Charlotte. But if you have low budget you can try Polish food in milk bars which are very popular among residents of Warsaw. Try out Prasowy Bar Sady or Bambino Bar.

One of the most interesting museums in Warsaw is The Warsaw Uprising Museum. There are many exhibits over several floors, displaying photographs, audio and video, interactive displays, written accounts and other testimonies of how life was during the German occupation of Warsaw, the uprising and its aftermath. You can visit the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw, it's free! And then we recommend buying an album with art at Bookoff bookstore near the museum. In Warsaw you should also visit an Invisible Exhibition which is a unique place where you can try out how blind people cope in everyday life. And if you travel with friends you can have fun playing laser tag or kart racing together.

Warsaw is the city of Chopin. Discover his music on the Chopin’s benches on Krakowskie Przedmieście, visit his museum or attend free Sunday recitals of his music in the Lazienki Park.

Many backpackers and travelers visit us because our city is a great place to start a journey to Eastern Europe: it’s a perfect springboard to Prague, Cracow, Wrocław, Lviv e Wilno. We have hosted many interesting people from all over the world, there was even a guy who had cycled the whole Europe! Many people start discovering Poland from Warsaw and after the capital they usually visit Cracow. Cracow is a beautiful city full of amazing architecture, it has a special atmosphere and boasts of unforgettable parties. We cooperate with the best hostel there: Pink Panther’s Hostel because we want our guest to be in good hands.

The autumn is a special season in Warsaw because it is full of Erasmus students who start studying in Poland. In our hostel we treat them individually: each and every one of them receive help from us. We help them look for an apartment or a room. We show them the best places in Warsaw, we share tips about living here. We cooperate with the Erasmus Student Network: we give our guests important information about Erasmus events and if anyone has a problem with their University or with some documents we call the ESN office.
This time of the year we also host backpackers who stay in Warsaw for longer and business travellers who spend time in Warsaw for example on conferences. We do our best to make their first days in Poland pleasant and nice. Of course, during the autumn in our hostel there are plenty of evening events. We organize Polish dinners because our guests love Polish pierogi and żurek soup. We also prepare evening events with chocolate fountain and marshmallows or movie nights.

A Weekend in Warsaw has so much to offer!

In the autumn we celebrate our street Wilcza. One day in September Wilcza is full of activities, concerts and other interesting initiatives. In September there is The Cross-Culture Warsaw Festival - a presentation of the most interesting phenomena in modern culture. If you are a runner you have to take part in Warsaw Marathon at the end of September.
In October you should see a movie at The Warsaw Film Festival. At the end of October our hostel turns into a haunted house and we celebrate Halloween together. At the end of November we celebrate St Andrew’s day - Andrzejki - day of mysterious parties and future telling games.

Polish gold autumn simply amazes everyone: you should have a walk in Praga Park and take a picture with the big giraffe sculpture, in Kępa Potocka Park everybody kisses under the pink neon and in The Bródno Sculpture Park you can find interesting examples of modern art.
Of course in the autumn the clubbing is still alive. You should visit Praga district where you can find a lot of interesting, often alternative music clubs.

Autumn (and winter) in Warsaw

Winter in Warsaw can be hard, but our hostel will be your shelter during frosty winter nights. In the evening we warm our guests up with Polish mulled wine - Grzaniec. Sometimes we go out together: for example to do ice skating at the National Stadium. We also take our guest to the Christmas market where they can buy traditional Polish products or decorations. At the end of December we create with our guests beautiful Christmas decorations and then we dress a Christmas tree together listening to Polish carols. We teach our visitors how to make traditional Polish pierogi with mushrooms and cabbage and of course at the end of the year we organize a crazy New Year’s Eve party!

Warsaw is cold in winter but you can discover art in National Museum, National Gallery of Art Zachęta or Centre for Contemporary Art. You can visit beautiful monuments inside such as Royal Castle or Wilanów Palace. You can also buy a ticket for a tour in our National Stadium which is really interesting. SOHO factory in Praga has a lot of attractions for you: Neon Museum where you can watch beautiful Polish neon signs or Czar PRL - a museum where you can find out how living in People's Republic of Poland looked like. In Praga district in December there’s also Przetwory festival where artist convent collected waste into new objects of art and utility.
In the winter Warsaw is really beautiful: whole Royal Route is full of Christmas lights. Near the Royal Castle there is a big and beautiful Christmas Tree. On 6th January you should watch the Polish Cavalcade of Magi.
In Warsaw there are many ice rings, but also we have the Szczęśliwiecka Mountain with ski lift! If you are a racing fan you have to see a rally racing Barbórka.

If you like movies you should go to our best cinemas: Kultura, Iluzjon or Muranów. And if you like big special effects you have to see a movie in Imax technology in the cinema in Sadyba Best Mall.
And in the evening take your friends and dance your night away in numerous clubs on Mazowiecka street, go to Hulakula to bowl or to Padbar or Solec 44 where you can play board games or on the Playstation.

So, doesn't all this simply enchant you? We're looking forward to welcoming you in Warsaw soon!
