WHERE TO STAY IN MELBOURNE ON A BUDGET

Melbourne is full of hostels - no doubt on this - but since we are a website which promotes low cost accommodation we would like to suggest to you only the cheapest options

Let's go and discover the Discovery Melbourne (apologies for the wordplay!) - beds start from 16 Euros per night, per person

To be close to the famous penguins we mentioned before, we reccomend the Nomads St. Kilda Beach which is part of a large and reliable chain of hostels. Beds cost less than 21 Euros per night, per person.

Last but not least: Base Melbourne, another hostel which belongs to a well known chain: It might be a little bit more expensive but the price remains only 25 euros per night, per person.
