Cancellations received 0 to 21 days prior to arrival or in case of No Show will be charged 100 % of the total reservation amount. The total price of the reservation will be charged 20 days prior arrival and it is non-refundable.

Room bookings for groups of 12 persons and above:
The deadline for free cancellations is 60 days before the day of arrival for group bookings on the basis of multi-bed rooms. For groups on the basis of single and double rooms, the deadline for free cancellations is 45 days before the day of arrival. These deadlines also apply if the Contract is concluded within the respective deadline. On cancellation after these deadlines, cancellation charges are payable on the following terms:
a) From 59 days (group booking on the basis of multi-bed rooms) or 44 days (group booking on the basis of single and double rooms) to 30 days prior to arrival, 30 percent of the agreed booking price is payable.
b) 29 to 10 days prior to arrival: 50 percent of the total agreed booking price is payable.
c) 9 to 1 day(s) prior to arrival: 80 percent of the total agreed booking price is payable.
d) In the event of a cancellation on the day of arrival or non-utilisation of the service, 90 percent of the total agreed booking price is payable.
e) If the number of persons falls by more than ten percent within these deadlines, the above cancellation charges for the cancelled persons will apply accordingly. Up to ten percent of the number of persons may be cancelled free of charge up to one day prior to arrival.
Unless otherwise agreed, for groups of twelve persons or more a payment of 10 percent of the total booking price shall be due immediately on confirmation of the booking. Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining amount will be due no later than four weeks prior to arrival without the Hotel issuing a separate payment reminder. In the case of group bookings booked less than eight weeks prior to arrival, the first advance payment of 10 percent shall not apply and the total booking price will be due in full in advance immediately on confirmation of the booking.

Booked catering services may be cancelled free of charge up to eight days prior to arrival. Thereafter, a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the agreed price will be payable.
From 1st of Mai 2016 all our guests have to pay a local tax of +1.00 EUR per person, per night (no exceptions), extra.

団体予約についての条件
12名以上でのグループご予約のキャンセルポリシーについて:
12名以上でのご予約の場合:予め取り決めが無い限り、予約の確認Eメールを受け取った後4週間以内に合計金額の30%をお支払いいただきます。
到着の60日前までのキャンセルのご連絡は、キャンセル料はかかりません。
それ以降のキャンセルの場合:
a) 到着の30〜59日前までのキャンセルの場合、合計金額の30%をキャンセル料としてお支払して頂きます。
b) 到着の10～29日前までのキャンセルの場合、合計金額の50%をキャンセル料としてお支払して頂きます。
c) 到着の1～9日前までのキャンセルの場合、合計金額の90%をキャンセル料としてお支払して頂きます。
d) ノーショーや当日のキャンセルの場合、全額をキャンセル料としてお支払して頂きます。
変更により人数が10%以上減少した場合も上記の期限でキャンセル料が発生致します。到着の一日前までの10%以下の人数の減少であれば、キャンセル料は払う必要はございません。
到着の8日前までにご連絡して頂ければ、お食事のキャンセルはキャンセル料がかかりません。それ以降のキャンセルは全額キャンセル料としてお支払して頂きますので、予めご了承下さい。
定義と条件
1) Mo.Lo.Ra.SRL - Hostelsclub.comは当サイトに掲載されている宿泊施設を一切所有および経営しておりません。当社は宿泊予約のための予約エンジンを提供しているのみで、空室状況で表示した部屋を約束通り提供する責任は各宿泊施設側にあります。
2) Mo.Lo.Ra.SRL - Hostelsclub.comは一定の宿泊水準と宿泊施設の正確な概要を提供するように努力をしておりますが、宿泊内容の質には責任を負えません。
3) 利用者の予約が宿泊施設側に正確に行われるよう最大の努力を図っております。
4) 評価は利用者自身によってなされたもので実際に宿泊した方の感想・意見です。
5）ご予約の際、お客様にすぐにご予約の合計金額の10％のデポジット（返金不可）と2ユーロの予約手数料をお支払いいただきます。追加サービスの料金を含む合計金額は、施設の設定通貨でお支払い頂きます。（通常は施設により特に明記しない限りご到着時に支払いいただきます。）返金不可のお部屋 (先払いの価格)のお部屋をご予約される場合は、予約時に、10％のデポジットをお支払いいただきます。その後合計金額の90％をクレジットカードに請求いたします。"返金不可"の部屋を予約する場合は予約の全額をカバーするのに十分残高が有効なクレジットカードによって予約しなければならないことに注意してください！クレジットカードが有効でない場合、ホテルに24時間以内に代わりのクレジットカード情報を提供するように要求されます。全額を支払いすることができない場合予約は保証されず、10％のデポジットは返金されません。
6) キャンセルはホテル側の特記がない限り、すべて到着予定日（現地時刻0:00a.m.）より24時間前までに行わなければなりません。到着時刻の24時間前ではなく到着予定日（現地時刻0:00a.m.）の24時間前ですのでご注意ください。異なるタイムゾーンの施設を予約の場合は48時間前までのキャンセルが必要になる場合があります。キャンセルはマイクラブのアカウントを使用するか、もしくはホステル・ホテル側と直接連絡を取って行って下さい。Mo.Lo.Ra.SRL - Hostelsclub.comはいったん完了した予約をキャンセルすることはできません。
ノーショー（無断キャンセル）やキャンセル可能期限以降のキャンセルの場合は特記がない限り、施設は1泊目の宿泊料をカードから引き落とす権利を擁しています。
7) Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - Hostelsclub.comは予約確認を正常に行い、予約の詳細を利用者とホテル側に送信します。チックインの際、予約完了のコピーを宿泊施設に持参する責任は利用者にあります。
8) デポジット（予約保証金）は返金不可能です。Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - Hostelsclub.comは特別に複雑なケースや訴訟で認められた場合のみデポジットを返金いたします。
9) Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - Hostelsclub.comはあらゆる努力を行ってクレジットカードの決済が安全に行われるよう努めています。しかしながら、もしHostelsclub.com上で予約を行った後に、不正な決済がクレジットカードの請求書の現れた場合、Hostelsclub.comはその損失に対していかなる責任も負いません。
10) ユーロ（EUR）以外の貨幣の変換率は、信頼できる複数の情報源から収集した、インターバンクのレートを頻繁にアップデートしながら使用していますが、絶対に正確であるとは保障できません。お客様のクレジットカード会社と、当サイトのユーロ（EUR）の換金率は多少異なる可能性があります。
プライバシーに関して
Mo.Lo.Ra. SRL - Hostelsclub.comはイタリアの民法196/2003の第29章に准し、以下のように言及します:
a) この予約フォームを使って集められたデータは予約サービスを実行するためのもので、電子的に行われます。
b) 個人データを提出することは、利用者が予約サービスを行う際に義務付けられています。
c) 個人データの提出を拒否することは、予約サービスのアクセスを拒否するに値します。
d) 収集されたデータは予約サービスに通じており、予約サービスに関係する担当者に転送されます。
e) 利用者はイタリアの民法196/2003の第7章によって保証されています。
f) データ収集の管理担当は下記の通りです。
