This hostel is quite good, thanks for the staff for their good job. There is only one weakness: it was too cold in the room in the night. All the rest is all right

This is the cheapest hostel in Lviv, so I'm nor surprised it is located on the outskirts of the town (30min by trolleybus to town centre). Fun factor is poor - but for me it is not important. Staff is OK :) Cleanless of rooms and kitchen 9/10 but toilets are 4/10 and showers 5/10. this is the "weakest link" of this hostel. Overall opinion - it is OK

Really nice, cosy hostel, near the centre of Lviv. Nice, helpful staff. I can recommend it. :)

It was great to be hosted by Retro Hostel Shevchenko. It is sure I will come back there if I go to Lviv again. They recognised me even without my introducing:) nice:) Cheers. Małgorzata:)

The hostel is clean and pleasant, but located far from city centre, difficult to find and there is no information on website how to get there. Service is communicative and helpful. Shower rooms are not enough when hostel is full. I would recommend to stay there especially when you want to have cheap accommodation.

18.07.09 - 19.07.09 When we were there, building of the hostel was not finished. There were no curtains and mirrors at all. Kitchen was although absent. When they finish construction works, and if they leave present prices, it will be nice brand new hostel. But now, there is nothing to rate.
