Lost keys: - The Resident must advise the Owner immediately. - The cost of a new key must be covered by the Resident. - The Owner shall not be held responsible for any loss, unintentional breakage or theft of keys. The key will be returned to the Owner at the end of the Resident’s stay. If it is not returned, the Resident will be charged accordingly.
