The pre-authorization of the credit card is made as soon as we receive a refundable reservation, which has the following characteristics:
• 4 or more nights
• 4 or more beds / rooms (regardless of the number of nights)
- Except group bookings
Pre-authorization is done manually and is in the amount of the 1st night. |
