Zostel Udaipur at The Shaharkot is India’s First Ever Lake Facing Backpacker’s Hostel. Like a cherry it rests with one wall facing The Great City Palace and the other facing The Ageless Lake Pichola.
We have 1(One) 8 Bed Mixed Dorm, 1(One) 6 Bed Female Dorm, 5(Five) 6 Bed Mixed Dorm and 5(Five) Private Suites.
While being the best located property in the heart of the town, the property maintains its calm and relaxing feel. Such is the architectural excellence of the property!
Location and surroundings
Udaipur, nestled amid the Aravalis, is a tourist haven with exquisite architecture and natural beauty.
A famous French traveler Pierre Loti eulogized Udaipur as a ‘delicious halting place’ and wrote about the city, “In the midst of exquisite natural scenery, the city has become a sort of a nest of peace and mystery”. Soft and clear skies, year round temperate climate and a city dotted with a variety of tourist attractions from Temples to Ghats to Bazaars make Udaipur a top, must visit stop!
