Room types
A Holiday House or a 1 BR Apartment or a combination of both if the group is large enought. All linen, towels and toiletries are included. There are six bedrooms, four of which have private ensuites. The rooms can be configured to suit your requirements into king/twin or queen. The fifth & sixth bedrooms have three single and three double bunks, ideal for the children. The Apartment has a King/split and 2 single bunk beds.
Location and surroundings
The “Atherton Tablelands” or “Cairns Highlands”, situated close to Cairns and the Great Barrier Reef, the Waterfalls and Crater Lake District is a wonderful place to spend some time in Far North Queensland.
Townships in the Tablelands region include: Atherton, Mareeba, Herberton, Millaa Millaa, Ravenshoe, Yungaburra and Malanda.
With an annual rainfall of around 1400mm, Atherton (The most central town), and its immediate district, are a lovely tropical green.
