Room types
The hostel has spacious rooms with bunk beds and private lockers (key card access to the rooms), brand new mattresses to insure an amazing nights rest.
The building has been completely restored in 2012, it means that rooms and bathrooms are pretty new.
Location and surroundings
The Monk’s Bunk hostel is located across the street from the Freedom Square, the biggest square in the Old Town. All the main sights, museums, clubs, pubs and restaurants are basically behind the hostel's corner.
Day time activities like AK47 shooting and many walking tours run on a daily basis and can be organized by the hostel's staff. It is also possible to organize adventurous trips to the Lahemaa National Park or the former Soviet town, Paldiski.
Services and facilities
There is a bar area the perfect to party and meet travelers and backpackers. There is also a lovely living room which is the perfect place to chill out, check your email with the free WiFi, read a book or watch a movie from our projector screen.
A big fully equipped kitchen is at disposal of the guests, and if you really cannot resist without, the hostel also has a smoking room.

our room was without windows, so it was very hard to get up. Liked the stuff very much - they were funny and helpful.
the best hostel i´ve ever been on the world!!! just 2 minutes away from the old town, the rooms were clean und cosy! i only can recommend this hostel to every age group.
