Staff were fantastic - so so friendly and couldn't do enough for us,helped us book flights,helped arrange a car-tour around the lake etc.Rooms were lovely.no heating but you can hire a heater for less than a pound a night,if it's too cool.Such a good atmosphere.close to everything but not in a noisy spot,so location was great too.Could not recommend it more highly!
Great place. Truly wonderful hosts and staff. Very laid back, very pleasant. It would be easy to stay here a long time.
