Location and surroundings
Two of the boundaries are shared with the Abel Tasman National Park. One it's the actual walking track / beach itself! You couldn't be closer! The other is along the foothills of the park.
This means the property has a great landscaping and a great deal of wildlife visiting The Barn from the park including weka, pukeko, tui, fantails, morepork and some very sneaky deer!

There are three kitchens, some great outdoor decking areas, three fire places, as well as a trampoline and kids playground! There are many outdoor space to enjoy, many picnic areas as well as a few hammocking spots to relax in, with great views out over the water.
