Very good place to stay and very good standard for that price. Every day cleaned room. Shampoo, soap.... everything every day new. Good location, car and tuk tuk in resonable price to do sideseeing. Next time in Cambodia - also will stay there :-)
Simply great place!The staff are warm and friendly.They really make you feel at home.The service rendered is tip top!Location is about 20min walkin distance from pub st, main buzz of Siem reap.The walk is gd coz you will be able to see lotsa eateries along the way.New soap bar provided everyday,which is needed as you will b covered with dust if you go out.They've got cable tv,more than 40 channels..for the amount you pay per night,its really worth the $$!The only thing is kettle not provided.Cant make coffee in room.Had to borrow hot water flask from them everyday! aniways,a Must stay for the budget travellers! just a tip: go to national angkor museum first before embarking on journey to the angkor wat!Sure helps a lot!If you happen to go to the countryside,bring sweets which you may purchase at the Lucky Mall near Tasom.The kids appreciate it lots!
Very good place if you're not looking for a sofitel. It's clean, the staff is very nice, everything is included, not expensive and no surprises. The tuktuk driver can be your for an entire day of visits for a very cheap price. Situated 10 minutes from the first temple and 2 minutes from the Pub street.. Do not hesitate to go there.
An excellent guesthouse with everything you need, from delicious welcome drink to good room with fridge, A/C, TV, free pick-up wherever you are in town and a good choice of breakfasts every morning on the terrace. There's nothing the staff won't do for you as they are most kind and helpful. We booked our 2-day tour of Angkor temples through them and price as well as service was perfect, we also got our Vietnam visa from them and we picked up our passports back in Phnom Penh at the Capitol tours office where the bus dropped us(we had also booked through them our Capitol tours bus tickets from Siem Reap to PP first then from PP to Ho Chi Min City one day after, all for a more than reasonable price and excellent service, comfortable bus and help through immigration. We have no words to say how satisfied we were with Ta Som guesthouse. Thanks to everyone and hope to see you again one day!!!
