Sharah Mountains Hotel, Hotel ★ in Petra

We booked in this hotel for one nights and we booked one night more. The staff were helpful and wonderful , especially the owner , Mahmoud , who was friendly and accommodating. Excellent Hospitality in Jordan. Dinner and breakfast was really okay . The hotel is located 3 minutes from the city center . Would recommend it . I would come back again !

This hotel is one of the best I stayed in Jordan . The staff were friendly and nice . I stayed with a group . The rooms are clean , comfortable , and they have A/C control . It is not expensive and it is located in good place in Wadi Mousa . I strongly recommend it The dinner was delicious and worth for the price .... and the breakfast as well . The staff were really great , especially the owner, who offer free ride to Petra . and he was ready to help us in any question . He recommended us an excllent Turkish Bath at reduced price ... He arranged our trip in Jordan from Petra to Wadi Rum where he planned our trip and transfer us to Eilat Border . When I arrived Jordan we dealt with a bus a driver who ripped us off . But finally when we met him he arranged us a bus to Wadi Rum then to the border with special and cheap price ... We had a nice time in this Hotel, the hotel is basic but clean and nice. Its rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff were really nice, helpful and friendly. they arranged us a car to pick us up form the airport. and at departure they helped us in our trip through the kings-high way . They drive us to the ruins for free and served us a dinner , which is the traditional food , the well-know meal : Kabsah , it was really delicious . the location was near the mid-town , two minutes walk to the central market . We enjoyed our time at Sharah and we talked with the staff , including Mahmoud the owner, who told us some facts about Petra, useful notes about our trip to Petra . They offer lunch box which is very necessary for the trip , the food inside Petra was very expensive about 20 US Dollar , but alternatively you can take a lunch box and ask the reception there
