It is a three-floor house: there are 4 rooms for rent with 2 single beds in each room. Hotel offers also a room with a double bed and a balcony, perfect for a family. And there is a room with a single bed. All rooms are clean, comfortable, and bed linen and hand towels are provided.
Location and surroundings
We can pick you up from a train station or an airport both in Simferopol and Sevastopol for additional price. This hotel is not in Sevastopol directly, but in the village, so please please check the location on the googlemaps or contact us for more details!
You will love this place: bathrooms are on each floor. Also, there is a hall with kitchen facilities, a refrigerator, and a TV. Outside, there is a barbeque space. This mini hotel is located in Sevastopol countryside by the sea. It will take you 25-30 minutes to the city center by bus. You will need only 10 minutes walk through the park to the sandy beach!
Check the map before booking, it is pretty far outside of the city (bus, ferry, then another 30 minute bus) in a small,rural town. The people are amazingly nice and I would have been in quite a sitution without their help, but be sure you know how to speak Russian as it didn't seem like anyone spoke (or would be willing to speak) other languages. The man that runs the house is a sweet, will make sure you are comfortable (he does speak some English if you're not up for Russian), and really wants you to enjoy your time in Andreevka!
