Room types
The house has four triples with three single beds, bathroom with hot shower and constant pressure rooms, safe, mini-bar, TV LED 32 'package of audiovisual entertainment and a nice terrace to sit and read, talk or smoke a good cigar.
Location and surroundings
The house is located in the center of the cultural district of Vedado, founded in the early twentieth century to locate the mansions of the wealthy landowners of the time, with large landscaped streets and numerous parks scattered creating what its designers drew 'Garden City '. Today it is the neurlagico center of cultural activity in Cuba, has plenty of theaters, cinemas, concert halls, nightclubs, discos, restaurants and always the vibrant nightlife on 'Malecon'.
Services and facilities
At the entrance it has a beautiful garden with several tables with umbrellas where you can spend time with your friends, and a large livingroom where you can enjoy a coffee or tea and internet access and a backyard where you can enjoy a barbecue or fitness to practice.
Usually we prepare activities for groups such as dance classes, aerobics classes, tours of Old Havana and parties on special occasions.

Thoroughly recommend a stay at Residencia RC. Our room was lovely, great beds, décor and bathroom (we stayed in the 3 bed room with private bathroom). The breakfasts are good and the owners Lorenzo and Papo are so kind and helpful when it comes to arranging transport and giving advice about onward travel plans. Vedado is a lovely neighbourhood and Havana is Unforgettable!
Lorenzo & Kenda were great hosts, very helpful and accommodating. Gave good tips and advice. All the staff were lovely infact! Breakfasts are good but if you don't like bread or eat carbs (Cake every day) you're a bit stuck. I would definitely recommend to any tourists, it's about 10-15 mins walking to the Malecon and they really make you feel at home :-) Muchos gracias from all 3 of us: Dalia, Lena & Leman
Beautiful rooms with high ceilings. Good working airco. Very good breakfast and friendly and helpful host. Perfect bathrooms. We had a very pleasant stay and we should choose for sure the same b&b when visiting Havana
Beautiful mansion and super clean. Great host with amazing breakfasts, excellent dinners if wanted, and very pleasant, helpful and smiling staff. Convenient and quiet location in Vedado suburb. Highly recommended.
