Room types
Plus Hostel has light and spacious dorms: 4 to 8 beds with private reading lamp and personal storage locker that can be locked. Otherwise you can choose stylish and airy private twins/double rooms.
All rooms/dorms beds come with crisp white bed linens, cosy fleece blankets, pillows, ensuite WC and shower.
There is an entire floor of the hostel exclusively for girls, the "Plus Girls Only": here you will find more comforts, such as a larger bathroom, a bath towel, a shower set and an hairdryer.
Location and surroundings
The location of Plus Florence is just perfect to enjoy the historic center, day or night (ask the staff for some advice on nightlife in Florence). In a few steps you can reach the main tourist attractions such as the Galleria dell'Accademia, the Basilica of San Lorenzo, the Medici Palace and Piazza del Duomo. The Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery can be easily reached in 10 minutes. The neighborhood is lively and full of shops, bars and restaurants.

it is very good for backpackers.Beds are new, and other services are in good condition.
Plus Florence totally exceeded our expectations: it is brand-new, superclean and its atmosphere is very young and dynamic. The staff was good-humoured and helpful. Our room was big with a shiningly clean bathroom - we would absolutely recommend Plus Florence if you are looking for a fun place to stay and wanna get the best value for your money!

This hostel was a good one. I chose it because of its good ratings. The only drawbacks were its location, which is close to the city center but still a bit more of a walk than I would have liked, and the internet is expensive to use. The cafe was nice to have, but breakfast is not included. This hostel would probably be best for people traveling in groups who would like to take advantage of the bar and pool.
The hostel is just great, excellent price and great rooms. The only problem is the staff, rude and mocking of the people in the 1.5 hour queue!!!!!! They should be ashamed, very bad for this people.
