The hostel was not at the adress given. someone took me through half the city. no breakfast given.
I have booked a room, got confirmation and came to the palazzo where staff told me that place is full, there is no place for me and they coul offer me another place...It's not fair. The another B&B was good and staff was nice but conditions were different (there was no wi-fi).
