The breakfasts are optimal and abundant, and will be served under the gazebo; after breakfast the gazebo area will be left at your disposal.
The beach is only 100 meters in front of the BB, where you can find free beaches and organized bathing establishments.

A very good b&b! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was simple but had everything we needed and it was clean. It is near to a beautiful harbor and a small beach. The bus stop is just around the corner and that wil bring you to Pisa if you want. We realy loved this place.
