| Check-in | from 14:00 to 21:00 Official check-in time is 2pm to 9pm. However, if your room is available and clean (if it hadn’t been occupied the night before or it has already been vacated and cleaned) then you can check-in earlier. You may check into the hotel as early as 9AM. Even if your room isn’t ready, we can secure your bags in our storage room and you may use the rest of the hotel or go do something until your room is ready. In the event of a late arrival, as long as we have been able to charge the reservation deposit to your credit card, if you plan to arrive after 9pm, please communicate that with us and we will make arrangements for you to get the key, so you can let yourself in. If your transportation arrives later than planned, just ring the hotel office bell and we will come let you in. There's an outside light switch there, too, you won't need to stand in the dark! And rest at ease, we are in a safe neighborhood. Please note, you may need to give us a few minutes to answer the door. Official check-out time is 11am. As with check-in times, we are flexible on this point. You will need to check out by then, but you may secure your bags in our locked storage closet and use the rest of the hotel as needed until you are ready to go. You may also check your bags into our locked storage closet for as long as you need if you are going on a trip somewhere and don’t want to take everything with you. |

Room types
There are five private rooms that have patios which face the backyard and a large 6-bed family room that is street-side (no patio). One of the private rooms has a bunk bed and a double bed, the other four bedrooms have a double bed and one also has a single bed.
The family room is huge! It has a bunk bed, 2 single beds, and a double bed.
All rooms have a private bathroom, fans and all but one a desk built into the armoire.
Location and surroundings
The hotel is located a 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride ($ 1.25 and easy to get) from the city center. We are in a neighborhood called Aeropuerto Dos. It has a nice main road about 2 blocks from the hotel. There are a number of small restaurants and shops on this street. There is also a small shop right at the end of our street that has all sorts of things to prepare a meal. They have ice creams, sweets, flour, rice, chicken, and more.
Services and facilities
The communal kitchen is very large and equipped with everything you need to prepare from a cup of coffee to a full meal. There are 2 sinks, 2 stove tops (one has an oven), 2 refrigerators, 3 tables, a microwave, toaster, rice cooker, glasses, plates, etc.
There is also a washer and dryer available at no charge, a living room, and a back garden with a barbecue.
Basic breakfast (2 eggs, bread, juice and coffee or tea) for $ 2.
WiFi available, good signal and free.

| Children policy | Children can stay for free in parents' bed/s if younger than 2 years.We love having kids here! You can bring as many children as you like, providing that any that are young enough to need supervision, are supervised. If you have a bed wetter, please advise us so we can put a plastic sheet under the sheet and over the mattress. Thanks! We do have 2 sets of private rooms that have a connecting door and a shared patio. One has a room with a bunkbed and a double bed connected to one with a double bed (to which we can add a single bed). The other has a double bed and a single bed in one room connected to a double bed in the other room. Again,we can easily add a single bed to the room with only the double bed. Our families with children really like this setup. |

| Wheelchair access | Limited wheelchair access (some common areas and/or some rooms).We do have one room that is handicapped accessible. It has 1 meter wide doors going into the room, into the bathroom, and out onto the patio. The bathroom is really big, it follows recommendations on size for wheelchair maneuverability. The sink is low. There are 2 grab bars by the toilet and a long one in the shower. The floor is sloped into the shower and the shower head is handheld. The only things that may be troublesome are that the toilet is not raised, it is of usual height and we have not been able to find a proper shower chair, the one we have is just a regular outdoor plastic chair. While there are steps leading up to the front door of the hotel, a wheelchair may be wheeled in on a slope going around them or the garage entrance may be used. The garage door going into the hotel is also 1 meter wide. |
