Each unit is with kitchette,private bathrooms equipped with a/c,cable+sat channels and free wi fi in entire property.Besides there are terraces including a huge sea view terrace with tables and chairs.
I stayed in the off season (February). It was quiet and the weather was not great but staying at this apartment made it all the better. The owner Felix was always friendly and suggested many things we could do. The location of the apartment is perfect, it was not right next to the old town but it was right in between the old town and the rest of town with a beautiful terrace overlooking the the ocean. It only took 10 minutes to walk to the old town. I would definitely stay again and I can imagine the summer is amazing!
I you are looking for a nice place, but you don't need nothing luxurious this is a very good choice for you. Very nice owner and the apartment has everything you need, although it's not very big.
Apt Kovacec is clean, situated in central part of the town, 20 min pleasant walk from old town.The beach is few min from there,over the bay,between rocks.The best part is huge terrace with great view of the sea,and pleasant shade of pine trees.The host Felix is a very nice, helpful man.He welcomed us with champagne provided us with many useful info about visiting the town.I can really recomend this place.
Clean and adequately equipped apartment. Quiet. Friendly and very helpful owner. Provided us with a starting package of food and drinks.
