Room types
We rent 8 fully furnished modern flats in total (2 studios, 2 one bedroom flats with balcony, 3 one bedroom flats with garden view and 1 two bedroom flat private sauna).
All flats are fully furnished with King-size beds, smart-TV & Netflix, private bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher, cleaning equipment, etc.
Free kids playground 100m from our house.
Location and surroundings
Peaceful & green residential villa area. Approx 1km to grocery store, bathhouse Mariebad and 1,5km to city centre, restaurants, museums, shopping, etc.
Services and facilities
There is a nice green patio with BBQ options.
Following extra services can be paid on arrival in cash:
- Bikerental 1st April to 31 October for 15€/person and day, which includes helmets & shopping basket.
- Bedlinen & towels: we always prepare the beds for all guests and the fee is 5€ per person.
- Babybed/cot: for up to 2 years can be rented for €10 per night.
- Playstation 4: €10 for 1-3 day visits, includesing 3games & two handsets. The fee is €20 during 4-14 days visits.
