I arrived late in the evening having booked with Hostelsclub.com and the hostel had no record of any reservation. The rates at the hostel were much higher than I was quoted with Hostelsclub, however I stayed anyways and found it to be a very nice and friendly hostel. I contacted Hostelsclub immediately and they said they would investigate. However 3 days later I still have not had a response and they still have not returned the deposit I paid them. I notice in other reviews that other people have had similiar problems and I would recommend not using Hostelsclub.com.
