Despite booking a room, putting down a deposit, and receiving email confirmation, we got there to find that they did not have space for us. They told us that HostelClub is a third party booking site, and essentially blamed us for the misunderstanding, because we used this site. Geez, so sorry. Might wanna be careful here...
