The Casale Toscano is located in the beautiful area of Madonna dell'Acqua, the Tower of Pisa is just over a kilometer, you can reach it quickly by bus (the "LAM ROSS" line stops right in front of the hostel), or walking on Via Pietrasantina around half an hour. At 800 meters there is a bowling bar, a gym, a supermarket and a casino, 1.5 km away there is a nice playground for children with a swimming pool. Within a short distance there's: S.Rossore Park, A11 Migliarino motorway and Pisa Hospital.
