We were in apt 110 which seems to be a newly refurbished apt. Shower curtain not good enough to avoid flooding in the bathroom everytime you try to have a quick shower and water in the bath took too long to drain. Breakfast good selection but very disorganised and staff had no idea what was going on and at times had to wait for clean plates and glasses and for the dishes to be replenished. The restaurant needs to be refurbished and needs ac. We were always woken up by the noise of tables and chairs being moved in the restaurant which was right on our heads. We booked online and front office staff had no idea how to handle this kind of booking.Upon check out they told us that we had already paid when we had not. Somebody else could have easily walked out without paying.
