Mainly the house offers private rooms with shared bathrooms, we don't use many bunk beds, only two. Some rooms have wireless TV and other cable, there is a common hall to see cable tv. The house does not need air conditioning nor heating in the rooms.
Location and surroundings
The place is located very close to the bus terminal, congress, hospital, locomotion access to Viña del Mar, trolebuses (locomotion) very close to supermarket, fruit and vegetable fair, close to the sea.
