All 38 rooms are with bath-room, air-conditioning and balkon. Our bar-room is 24 hours open, full air-conditioning, swimming-pool with a nice palmtree-garden, poolbar, etc. The hotel is open the complete year.
Location and surroundings
The Hotel is closed to the Bierstrasse 100 meter, to the beach 120 meters beetween Baleario 7 and 8, closed to the Riu Palaca 100 meters and 500 meters to the Schinkenstrasse (Bierkoenig). Closed to the airport- 10 minutes by taxi.

Nice hostel in El Arenal (german zone in Mallorca). Hot water was a problem when you wanted take a bath cause you had wait several minutes to get hot water.
The worst hotel ever!!!Awful and very unfriendly personnel that doesn´t value customers at all!You have to leave your ID or pass, or you have to move out!Room facilities incl furniture are old and dirty,air conditioning doesn´t function.Terrible, don´t recommend at all!
