The guest(s) agree and acknowledge the joint and several liability of each other for all services rendered until full settlement of bills. 6. The guest(s) would be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused due to any action or activity, deliberate or not, undertaken by them, their accompanying guests(s) or any person(s) related to them in any manner whatsoever. The aforesaid damages would be charged to the guest without any prior notice or intimation, whatsoever, in accordance with the schedule of damages displayed on the notice board at the front desk. 7. Hometales reserves the right to charge per night cancellation fee in case of reduction in the number of nights of stay as against the originally booked tenure of stay. 11. The undersigned agrees, acknowledges and affirms that all the information provided in this form is true and accurate. 12. The undersigned agrees to make immediate payment of all charges as may be incurred in addition to the per bed/per room tariff, upon receipt of statement or after departure from the hostel premise; a statement will be forwarded in this regard by way of an email. 13. Hometales does not take any responsibility, whatsoever, for loss, theft or damage of valuables left in the rooms/lockers. 14.
