This is revue for the sister: Hanoi Little Town Hotel, coz we were moved there. As for the staff of the Hanoi Old Town i would say only all the best, coz they tryed and did all things done by moving us and our luggage to the sister hotel. As for Hanoi Little Town the staff was helpful, buyt i.e. they didnt tell us they are making the international calls for us that we had to pay for. The manager kept selling us expensive tours, the exchange rate for currencies were not right. To keep it short: all good, but if there is a way for them to make extra money they will ripp u off. Aircon kept to be broken.
