About Guesthouse Don Gregorio
Unbroken sunshine, sea breeze, absolutely fantastic location on the 3rd and top floor of a multifamily building right in the heart of downtown Havana and near the coast, vibrant city life on the main and the most central Galiano Street of the Central Havana residential area, splendid vistas of flamboyant surroundings and of the sea from the balcony and by far the prettiest breathtaking panoramic views of the emblematic buildings and of the coastal area from the rooftop terrace are guaranteed.
Our guesthouse in Havana is located on the 3rd and top floor of the building which was constructed in 1930. It is a recently refurbished high-seilinged capitalist apartment with 3 balconies, original ornate plasterwork and tiled floors. Being on the 3rd floor also means there are great views.

Room types
We rent two private cozy rooms with shared bathroom. There is a very comfortable double bed, a brand new inverter air conditioner and black out blinds allowing to cut off the street light completely 24 hours in each room. There is a nice balcony with columns with a street view in the first room and a window with a street view in the second one. The rooms are high-ceilinged, breezy and with a lot of natural light.
Location and surroundings
We are right in the heart of downtown Havana, next door to indisputably the best local night club Casa de la Musica. We are within easy reach (in several blocks) of the tourist hot-spots like really gorgeous sea front Malecon, Capitolio, Parque Central, Prado Street, amazing UNESCO World Heritage Site Habana Vieja, shops, bars and restaurants popular with locals and tourists, and reliable transport for the fine golden sandy beaches Playas del Este.
Services and facilities
Common room, balcony with columns with a great view of the sea and of the truly remarkable Monserrate church (1843) where Jose Marti’s parents were married, kitchen, hot/cold water bathroom, rooftop terrace with postcard city views. Dear Sirs, Please note the we made a reservation at your site for our stay at a guesthouse Don Gregorio , Havana Cuba. We showed up at this address but this accommodation was overbooked. We had to look for another accommodation and we found one. However we didn’t receive back the booking costs which should be deducted upon payment. Reserv. nr. 2194456 booked on 12/12/2015 re 2 nights at Guesthouse Don Gregorio Galiano 223 Havana Cuba d.d. 18 en 19 december 2015. 2. euro deposit/voorschot 4,57 euro Totaal 6,57 Euro which is deducted from my credit card.
