The capacity of the villa is for 12 adults with an option to accommodate children on existing bedding or on an extra bed. Villa Elma has six newly built double rooms, each of which is furnished in its own unique style with much attention to detail. Each room has its own bathroom, TV set, air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the green garden and the mountains. There is free Wi-Fi access throughout the villa. The whole house is air conditioned.
Location and surroundings
The villa is located in the nearby village Nevsha, near Novi Pazar and only 1 km south of the highway Hemus. The distance to Varna is 50 km and their guests can reach the sea in no more than 30 minutes. Only 17 km away from them is the Madara Horseman, Pliska and 12 km away from the town Provadiya with the historic fortress Ovech.
Services and facilities
During the construction of villa Elma, they have managed to keep the spirit and the comfort of the tavern, which was part of a house built back in 1892.
There you can enjoy a glass of wine, a fragrant cup of coffee or a cool drink, and at your request they can cook delicious homemade meals.
The summer kitchen is fully equipped and allows self-catering and use the outdoor barbecue. So, while having your meal, you will enjoy the fresh air and the unique scenery.
