i arrived at the hotel address only to be told it is fully booked and i need to go to another hotel of thiers. this took forever to find and the staff were not helpfull at all (apparentley they forgot how to speak english overnight). the new place was so terrible i decided not to stay there and i'm still waiting for my deposit back. This establishment is a scam
