Rebuilt, it providing six comfortable and individual apartments for the students.
The classes are helded in the library, which also houses a little kitchen with some facilities for breakfast and lunch.

In the upstairs there is a veranda where students can get together, relax in the nets (“redes”)
or in the open sun with ocean view. A cold shower is provided to refresh. There´s also a little
kitchen with some facilities for cooking on your own, if you want. Hot shower and meals included.
